which season beats all the other's in the ubiquitous display of the red colour is anyone's guess. some say its christmas, others say its valentine. whatever opinion you hold, we can't deny the fact that VALENTINE's here! Her spirit hovers the sky, ready to descend. Before she crashes upon us, let me share a few thoughts.
I dread this season. before i get swallowed by the 'valentiner's' , can i get a benefit of doubt?
maybe we should just call valentine's day: the 'GURLS' day. i mean the ladies - those curvaceous narcissistic lot - have practically owned the day. it's called: 'prove your love!' her guy would have to buy her a priceless gift, to show her he truly loves her and perhaps get rewarded with a kiss, a hug or ...( not what you think! - a pat on the back)
if you just started out with this gurl, the matter gets a little bit more complicated. you would have to call her friends, nose around a little bit or ask her outrightly(don't try that) to find out what she likes.
it gets better if she likes you too. you might just get a perfume, a shirt or a pair of socks.
anyway, lets give it up to saint valentine! methink he's a lady.
guys, give the best to your woman, if she deserves it.
