"The Lord said to my Lord, 'Sit at My right hand, till I make Your enemies Your footstool.'" (Psalm 110:1)
We are living in the days of the enthronement of the redeemed—a season where believers are positioned as reigning saints. God has destined us to reign in life through His wisdom, love, and divine empowerment.
1. Wisdom: The Foundation of Enthronement
Wisdom is the principal tool for dominion and rulership.
"By me kings reign, and rulers decree justice." (Proverbs 8:15-16)
"Then the kingdom and dominion...shall be given to the people, the saints of the Most High." (Daniel 7:27)
The fear of God is the beginning of wisdom and can be equated with love for God. Genuine love for God turns ordinary men into giants. (Proverbs 9:10; Genesis 42:18; Daniel 1:8; Daniel 6:4-5)
To love God is to flow in His wisdom effortlessly, and to stay in love with Him is to maintain rulership on earth. (1 Kings 3:3; 4:29-34)
2. The Proofs of Genuine Love for God
a) Passion for Souls
The ultimate proof of God’s love in a person’s heart is a passion for lost souls. "Feed My sheep." (John 21:15-17)
Genuine love compels us to go after the lost with urgency and purpose. (John 18:37)
Cultivate a kingdom dream that fuels your passion for reaching the unsaved.
“Passion is not just about what you do but how you do it.”
b) Passion for the Word of God
"Oh, how I love Your law! It is my meditation all the day." (Psalm 119:97)
Develop a new hunger level for God’s Word, desiring it as a baby desires milk. (1 Peter 2:2)
Be addicted to the Word, pressing into it daily with intentionality. (Luke 5:1; Colossians 4:16)
“It takes the Word to change your world. Feed on it daily and let it shape your life.”
c) Delightsome Obedience
Obey God’s commandments with joy, not grudgingly. "Blessed is the man who delights in His commandments." (Psalm 112:1)
Engage in spiritual activities with excitement, knowing they position you for greatness. (1 John 5:3; Joshua 1:8)
A new era demands a new posture of obedience. Let your obedience be motivated by love and delight in God.
d) Passion for Kingdom-Promotion Sacrifices
Those who truly love God prioritize His kingdom. "I have set my affection on the house of my God." (1 Chronicles 29:3)
God blesses His people for the purpose of advancing His kingdom. (Zechariah 1:17; Haggai 1:3-11)
“Start where you are. What you plant in your heart will soon manifest in your hands.” Let your budget reflect your heart for God.
e) Compassion for the Needy
"He who has pity on the poor lends to the Lord." (Proverbs 11:25; 28:27)
Seek opportunities to bless those around you. "Do not grow weary in doing good." (Galatians 6:9-10)
Cultivate a Christ-like heart that feels the pain of others and responds in truth and action. (Hebrews 4:15; 1 John 3:18)
“Where you are now is someone else’s prayer point. Be a blessing to others.”
3. The Love-Wisdom Connection
To love God is to naturally flow in His wisdom. Lovers of God operate with unusual insight and clarity, empowering them to rule and reign in life. (2 Samuel 14:20)
4. Embracing Enthronement in the Last Days
These are the days of the enthronement of saints. As we deepen our love for God through passion for souls, the Word, obedience, kingdom sacrifices, and compassion for others, we step into a realm of supernatural dominion and rulership.
Let your love for God manifest in action, as it is the foundation for your enthronement in life. Reign as a redeemed saint, empowered by love and wisdom.
