So many kingdom institutions are engaged in a spiritual discipline known as fasting. Fasting has a lot of importance and value. In this article, I would be sharing four dimensions of fast that can be found in the bible.
1. DISCIPLES FAST
This kind of fast is designed to deal with addictions and sin. It also helps one to overcome wickedness. It let you loose from the bondage of lying, immoral acts, covenant breaking, vow dishonouring spirits, anger, pride, arrogance, lack of integrity etc.
You regain your body through fasting.
Overcoming the enslavement of the spirit of sin.

2. Ezra fast
This is a fast dedicated to solving financial problems and dealing with hard times.
It resolves every financial harasment.
Connects you to the helps of the holy Spirit for financial deliverance.
Brings great solution to great problems.

3. Samuel Fast
This is fast that is designed to bring about National Revival.
Fast for an atmospheric revival and restoration.
Fasting agitates demon spirits, which is why you must be involved in prayers and the study of the word.
Fasting gets the devil very upset and worried, because he knows your victory is close.

Elijah Fast
The Elijah fast breaks negative emotional feelings and habits - irritation, fear, inferiority complex etc
It helps to destroy the spirit of depression and anxiety.
