What you do not
believe in will never get performed. We are potential stars because there is a
star in us craving for expression. We are men that have something to offer the
world. Faith does not just to believe God, faith is behaving God.
The heart of a
star is built to believe anything God says. God’s word is the final authority
in the life of a star. Faith is so crucial if stardom life must be a reality.
What is Faith?
Faith is
partnership with the invisible to bring to existence the impossible. Your
ability to make sense of the invisible is what makes faith a reality in your
life. Faith is painting the pictures of the invisible in creating a lasting
impression in the visible. Stars do not
operate in the natural; rather they operate in the realm of faith. Faith is the
only link with the divine. The quality of your faith is rooted in its source.
Since faith has a lot to do with believing, it is susceptible to a variety of
sources. Faith has a lot to do with
words, and where the words originate from will always define its source. If
your faith originates from a man, it cannot be sustained, but when it has its
source in God, it is sustainable. Sustainable faith is the life wire of stardom.
Building sustainable faith demands that
you acquire God’s word and ensure that his words abide in you richly, to a
point that your life style give praises unto God. Stars reflect the praises of
God on the earth.
What really is faith?
Faith is plugging
your believe system in the socket of the divine in other to dominate in all
areas of life. Dominion is the ultimate goal in the heart of every human on
earth, but faith is the access to it. Faith is a crucial force that puts its
carrier in command of the affairs of life. It is tapping into the ultimate
power of the most high. When faith comes alive, it taps into divine virtue. One
definition of faith that really empowers men for stardom is the one I caught
from my father in the faith, Dr. David Oyedepo. He said, “Faith is sharing responsibility with God in the face of scriptures
thereby committing God to make good His promise”. Every kingdom star that
walks in faith is in an active partnership with God. For your star to rise,
faith is a must. Not just talking faith, but a “working hard” faith.
Activating your brain to get at faith
God did not just
give man a life of his own; He also gave him a brain. There is a common saying
that “God gave man a brain so that he would give him rest”. The brain empowers
man with thinking capabilities. To think is to extract the virtues inherent in
a thing. In the kingdom, making your brain work requires that you tap into the
mind of Christ. In 2 Timothy 1:7, we are
told that we have not been given the spirit of fear, but that of love and of a
sound mind. This means, love and a sound mind are spirits. The brain is unproductive when it is not
powered by a spirit. The spirit that powers the brain of a kingdom star is the
spirit of a sound mind. A sound mind is the mind of Christ, which is what we
received at redemption. When your brain
is powered by the spirit of a sound mind (mind of Christ), it empowers its
carrier with the ability to reason effectively. It takes reasoning to activate
your brain to get at faith.
