CREATIVE LEADERSHIP: SOLUTION TO THE LEADERSHIP CRISIS IN AFRICA NATIONS. Part 2
Today, I want to focus on the invisibility and superiority of idea driven leadership. It is impossible to kill an idea whose time has come. Ideas are more powerful that any known destructive force on the earth. Ideas have been known to outlive men and can never be destroyed. As a matter of truth, ideas produce everything. Everything started or originated from an idea and can also be said to be the result of the conception of an idea.
When I talk about creative leadership, I am referring to an idea driven or powered leadership.
Any attempt to destroy an idea seems to serve only to make it grow and multiply. Ideas that seem subdued or are forced to submerge in one generation will always resurface in another generation and impact future generations.
The most difficult thing to fight is a God ordained idea whose time has come. Philosophically speaking, ideas can never be destroyed by canal weapons such as guns, tanks, nuclear, or biological/chemical weapons. Ideas may have a shelf life but can never be extinct. Why is this so? It is because they incubate in a place where no weapon can reach: the mind.
If you kill a man, that does not mean that you have destroyed his ideas. They killed Jesus, but his ideas still rule our world today.
Ideas don't die, they only change form and live on for generations.
I want to submit that, the reason why leaders in Africa are colossal failures can easily be traced to their having no real ideas. They are either void of ideas or running with false ideologies.
The world has however witnessed all kinds of ideologies which live on, no matter what your opinion of them may be. Imperialism, communism, socialism, democracy, dictatorship, and monarchism are all ideas that cannot be destroyed, even though the men who conceived them are long gone.
This is why even the attempts to respond to the specter of terrorism that has suddenly become a torn in the flesh of nations are so difficult!
Terrorism is an idea peddled by extremists such as Boko Haram and now herdsmen (in Nigeria); this idea is sold, traded, and transferred to the minds of others and becomes the philosophical foundation of the destructive behaviours that has become one of the great security challenges of the 21st century.
How then do you fight terrorism? Can a bullet kill an idea? Does terrorism die when a terrorist is killed? How do you win a war against an evil orchestrated idea?
It is my personal belief that the only way to defeat an evil idea is to conceive a better idea. Ideas can only be destroyed by ideas. Our generation needs creative ideas that would birth creative solutions, which is why we need creative leaders - men and women that can read, and also interpret strange writings and dreams.

Every plot of evil men against the righteous in this nation shall boomerang in Jesus name.
Every evil idea been conceived in the hearts of evil men and women in this country will be frustrated, it will not see the light of the day in Jesus name.
Every political party in Nigeria, operating evil ideologies, will be destroyed suddenly, before the next election in Jesus name.
