Receiving healing depends on our covenant perspectives.
How you see the word is what determines what you draw from the word.

a. The healing virtues of power of Jesus flows through that name.

The name of Jesus is as ointment that is poured forth.
The power content of Christ - the anointed one is loaded in the name of Jesus.

What God can do for you is according to the power level that is at work in you.
To upgrade the power level in you so that God can do more through you, you have to tap into the power loaded in the name of Jesus, which is unlimited....

Power has to do with ability to make things happen but not so with authority. Authority has to do with rank or position.

In the "name of Jesus" is a spiritual signature that authorizes whatever we demand in the realm of the Spirit.
The authority of Jesus is domiciled in his name.

Why then does it seem not to deliver for many?
Every mystery of the kingdom demands faith for it to deliver.

Faith is required for any kingdom mystery to deliver.
For the name of Jesus to work, faith is a must.
Acts 3:6 , 16 It is his name, and faith on his name that makes healing virtues flow....
When the name is not used in faith, it will never deliver.
If You can proclaim the name in fear, it would not deliver.

It is faith in the name that gives you authority to use the name of Jesus.
Romans 10:17
Without the revelation of the name, there can be not faith that authorizes you to use the name.
Faith in the name comes by the revelation that comes to you via the word of God that you consistently allow to gain entrance into you.
Anything you are afriad off reveals the kind of power you are using - your own and not the one in the name of Jesus.
Your power will always be inadiquate but the power in his name is unlimited and would always be adequate and up to the task.
As the secretary, the signature might be yours on behalf of your boss, but the authority that makes the letter to deliver is that if your boss and not you, so fear not.
What a teaching that destroys the power of hell. Tonight is your night.
