As we step into a new year, we are reminded that this is a year of possibilities.
The key to unlocking these possibilities lies in operating on the frequency of faith.
Faith is the lens through which we perceive the unseen realities of God’s promises. I
t transforms what is intangible into tangible manifestations in our lives.
Seeing Beyond the Visible
2 Corinthians 4:18 (NLT) reminds us, “What we cannot see will last forever.” This highlights the importance of focusing on eternal, unseen possibilities rather than temporary, visible circumstances. The Holy Spirit constantly plays divine video clips of what God has in store for us—visions of hope, purpose, and destiny.
We have two levels of sight:
1. Outer Eyes: The physical eyes that see the material world.
2. Inner Eyes: The spiritual eyes that perceive the invisible truths of God’s kingdom.
God specializes in making visible what was once hidden in darkness. As stated in 1 Corinthians 2:9-10 (NLT/MSG), “No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him. But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit.”
Faith: The Foundation of Possibilities
The realm of faith is where possibilities are birthed. Jesus said in Mark 9:23, “Anything is possible if a person believes.” Faith is not just a belief system—it is the confidence in things we cannot see (Hebrews 11:1-3, NLT).
Consider this: The very foundation of the world was created by things unseen. Faith empowers creativity, moving the invisible into the realm of tangible realities.
Lessons from Noah
Hebrews 11:7 (MSG) says, “By faith, Noah built a ship in the middle of dry land.” Noah’s faith enabled him to see what others could not, act on God’s word, and stand righteous amidst corruption. This year, by faith, we too can see the invisible and accomplish the impossible.
Activating Your Inner Eyes
To see with your inner eyes, you must cultivate oneness with God. Holiness—being set apart for God—opens our spiritual vision. When others see darkness, you will see light. Where others perceive scarcity, you will see abundance.
The Eye-Opening Power of Communion
Luke 24:13-31 (NLT) tells the story of two disciples walking with Jesus but failing to recognize Him. It wasn’t until they shared the communion meal that their eyes were opened, and they had a revelation of Him. This year, as you partake in the communion, expect your spiritual eyes to be enlightened, enabling you to see Jesus clearly and recognize His works in your life.
This Year of Possibilities
In this year of possibilities, God will grant you the ability to see as He sees:
Light in darkness
Abundance in scarcity
Opportunities in challenges
Faith will make you a supernatural leader, guiding you to operate with divine wisdom and righteousness. As you align with God, you will enter a new era of holiness, creativity, and enthronement.
A Prayer for the Year
As we journey through this year of possibilities, may every veil that obscures God’s acts in your life be removed. May you catch a revelation of Jesus Christ and walk boldly in faith, unlocking every divine possibility He has prepared for you.
