MOVE WITH THE FEAR OF GOD

Personal leadership is the bedrock of other forms of leadership. You cannot be a servant leader or a transformational leader if your personal leadership is questionable. It takes the fear of God to have sound personal leadership ethos.

Don't enter into deals without considering all sides of the agreement.

Avoid lazy actions - consider the way of the ant, it operates with minimal or no supervision at all, yet it gets its job done.

Poverty waits for the person who is mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually lazy - we need activity to avoid the settlement of dust.

Avoid evil imaginations, speak the right words, relate with good people and engage in worthy ventures.

Here are some things that corrupt personal leadership.
1. Eyes that are arrogant
2. A tongue that speaks lies
3. Hands that murder the innocent
4. A heart that hatches evil plots
5. Feet that race down a wicked track
6. A mouth the lies under oath,
7. A troublemaker in the family.
8. Oil marketers hoarding fuel with the intent of making evil gain.

When you do these things, you position catastrophic moments in path to your future.

These are all little foxes that corrupt personal leadership, it is time to get them out.

Before blaming government, make right your personal leadership stands.

There shall be a national rebirth, and it would begin with you. Our nation would be healed one person at a time.

Sound advice is a beacon, good teaching is a light, moral discipline is a life path. These are the needs of our youths - if the next generation must be preserved.

People with negative influence possess deceptive lips that drop like an honeycomb, their mouth can be as smooth as oil. Don't let them sweet talk you into destruction.

Their end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as two edged sword.

Their feet go down to death; their steps take hold on hell.

If you do not want to end your life full of regrets, embrace personal leadership.

Personal leadership demands self discipline, paying attention to your mentors and taking your teachers serious.

This is the only way to have something great to show.

Knowledge is the acquisition of relevant information.

Understanding is the proper ordering of acquired information - knowledge

The appropriate use or application of acquired knowledge is WISDOM.

When you exalt wisdom, you gain promotion and step into avenues of honour.

You need common sense to walk, basic principles to run, but when it comes to flying, you will need the instructions of Wisdom.

In 2018, "Your path shall be like the shining light, that shines more and more unto the day of your showing forth. You will be celebrated this year."

Only take fast hold of instructions; let her not go: keep her; for she is your life.

WISDOM NUGGETS FOR JANUARY 2018

GOAL SETTING PART 2.

Setting goals is a crucial part of preparation. Fasting and praying sharpens our spiritual sensitivity. It gives us access to the voice of the Holy  Spirit. It is a time to keep watch and hear what the Holy Spirit would say to us. I will stand upon my watch, (for 1, 3, 21, 40 days) and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. Hab 2:1

By doing this, the following are the resultant benefits:

Light breaks forth

health springs forth speedily

Your righteousness goes forth before you

You experience glory

You enjoy unhindered answers to prayers

You enjoy divine direction

You emerge as men and women with capacity to give form to the earth. Isaiah 58:8-12

As you pray and fast, it is wisdom to also engage the machinery of planning. Setting relevant Goals is planning.

Even though the Spirit of God moved over the waters in the beginning, God still engaged planning. How do I know this?

If God had not planned creation, fish would have come before water, plantation would have come before land, the sun, moon and stars would have been installed before the firmament, and man would have showed up before what he was designed to manage. Everything was systematically and strategically planned out.

Men who engage strategic planning always operate under the unforced rhythms of grace

They do not flap their wings, they simply spread their wings and soar.

Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counsellor they are established. Proverbs 15:22

Failing to plan is actually planning to fail. And to plan is actually seeking after wise counsels, which establishes your goings. In 2018, you will not invest your energy, time, resources in unproductive ventures.

Everyone, group or confraternities playing politics with the destiny of Nigeria come under irreversible curses that would consume their generations like wild fire.

Let the adversaries of this nation be clothed with shame, and let them cover themselves with their own confusion, as with a mantle. Psalm109:29

God is visiting earth with new information, ideas, imaginations, creativity, discoveries and initiatives.

2018 shall be a year of mind blowing exploits, springing forth from the kingdom.

There is going to be a rise of an army of kingdom personalities, the kind the world has never seen or known before.

God is declaring new and strange things that would reposition the kingdom in readiness to take active dominion on the earth.

According to Isaiah 48: 6 - 8 (MSG)

What is coming is new, brand new, something you'd never guess or dream up.

When you hear this you won't be able to say, 'I knew that all along.'

Wake Up Nigeria!!

This is uncommon for me to write these days! But something struck me yesterday. I was going through Instagram and I stumbled on the Bill Gates profile.

And I go intrigued by the life of this one man. This man has been my role model from way back in primary school not because I had to answer current affairs questions on "who is the richest man in the world?" Or "who is the founder of Microsoft?"

One thing I had always admired is his philanthropy. I have seen him associate himself with worthy cause like eradicating polio, fighting malaria and so many other things.

That not even what got me thinking. I thought deeply about something very fundamental, something that people don't pay much attention to: Africans have a negligent attitude. Africans try to run from responsibilities.

This one man has painstakingly taken upon himself to do for Africa what most of its government wouldn't do in decades. What are we busy doing: Arguing about who serves the best jollof rice: Ghana or Nigeria.

Over the years, it has appears the only thing we have been successful at creating is epic twitter clap backs.

We leave people from the outside to solve our own problems. It seemed normal to me up until yesterday. It doesn't just make sense! This is the sole reason Africa is behind and I fear may always be. There's a basic stuff: we run from responsibilities.

We are merely spectators and consumers in this place called earth. All we do is consume and consume and live of what people from the outside idea. In a nation where we import toothpicks, how can we even solve more sophisticated needs ON OUR OWN. This is the sickening reality we live in.

We need our own to be conscious that this stuff is our own and like the legendary Dettoll advert If we don't take care of it, who will?

This mentality is capable of engaging people in solving problems confronting us as a nation in all area of endeavor.

Wake Up Nigeria!!

I have made some resolutions, you should seriously consider making some. Get involved don't just sit at the sideline: Donate! Give! Create! Impact!

Just one step is all that takes to make a difference!

It is funny how my random meandering on Instagram gave birth to something revolutionary!

No doubt it has been for us all a season of the showers of blessings as it was covenanted with us at the beginning of the year.

In the year 2018, God has yet covenanted with us again. He has promised to give us a new instrument or tool that would culminate in NEW DIMENSIONS in all areas of our lives.Expect to see NEW THINGS, NEW POSSIBILITIES, NEW REALITIES,  NEW CAPACITIES, NEW RELATIONSHIPS, and NEW MANIFESTATIONS in this coming year. DON'T WALK AWAY FROM WHERE GOD IS TAKING YOU TO

Everyone of us are created in the very image and likeness of God Almighty. We are gods on this side of the divide. Earth was made for man to have dominion.

The same way God caters for the eternal realms, we are custom designed to cater for earth. Earth is our responsibility.

Earth is our marketplace ministry. The church is our embassy - it connects us to all that is available in our country - heaven.

You cannot lead and have effective control over earth and its resources if you do no take orders from God's embassy on the earth.

The god in you remains inactive, dormant or dead if you are not in touch with the homeland via the embassy of God on the earth.

Many are preaching the gospel without first receiving from the homeland, the custom tools they need to give form to the earth.

Everyone today wants to be pastors, evangelist, prophets, teachers and apostles, but very few see themselves as marketplace ministers.

The five fold ministries help us to BE, so that we can COME into what we have been designed to BECOME.

JONAH, had an entrepreneurial call on his life, but he chose to move away from where God wanted him to be. This move of Jonah made find his abode in the belly of a fish.

Unfortunately, many today are in the belly of a fish, because they have ignored the call into the marketplace.

The marketplace is the place your influence speak the loudest. The place of your dominant influence. The place where your talents move people closer to the kingdom.

Many today are trapped in the belly of a JOB, whereas, there is a goldmine craving for attention in them.

Don't just walk out on your career to become a pastor. The truth is that, your career is your constituency. That is the place of your dominant influence. There are people in your place of work, that would never receive the gospel if you are no longer there.

Stop running away from where God is planting you. You are the light of the world, not the light of the church.

If your cannot be a child of God at work, in politics, in media, in sports, in entertainment, in education etc, then trying to be a child of God in Church is nothing but hypocrisy.

Your light is only relevant in the regions of darkness.

Until Jesus Christ stepped out from the Glory of heaven into the dark places of the earth, his influence was never felt.

Nehemiah was nothing more than a cup bearer in the palace, until he stepped out to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.

Until your light can effectively shine in darkness, the kingdom is not yet revealed in you.

PACKAGED TO GIVE FORM TO THE EARTH

WORK ON YOUR THINKING

As children of God, we have a leadership mandate from Jesus Christ. There is a God nature in everyone of us. We are created in the likeness and image of the most high God. God wants to reach the earth through you. At birth, you were loaded with "stuff" the world needs to reveal the glory of God.

The church is God's embassy on the earth.  We are therefore God's ambassadors on the earth. Whatever is available in our home land, heaven, is available in the embassy - the church.

The earth is subject to laws but the embassy operates by grace. Christ Ambassadors move within an earth governed by law with an uncommon atmosphere of grace.

Everything is possible within the embassy - God's Kingdom, everything is available within the Kingdom. The kingdom is loaded with supernatural realities. The kingdom of God is loaded with blessings, power, riches, honour, glory, wisdom and other divine releases. But all these things loaded in the kingdom are not designed primarily for the kingdom. They are tools meant to give form to the earth.

In the beginning, the earth was without form, void and darkness was upon the face of the earth. God was confronted with three challenges, Formlessness, Emptiness and Darkness.

God called for light and darkness was dealt with.

God spoke to the earth and emptiness was also dealt. The earth was loaded with treasure from the eternal realms. God's word super loaded the earth with great treasures.

When it was time to give form to the earth, God did something strange. He spoke to himself and created a spirit being. He later spoke to the earth and created an earth suite for the spirit man. The fusion, culminated in the birth of man. His assignment was to give form to the earth.

Man was God's solution to the chaos, disorderliness or formlessness that ravages the earth.

Eve's lack of identity management capacity led man to lose his place to the devil. For three 14 generations, Satan was in charge of giving form to the earth, a right he legitimately acquired from man, the same way Jacob acquired the birthright of Esau.

With the use of law givers, Judges and kings, the affairs of the earth was managed by God until the birth of the salvation of the world.

Jesus came to restore what Adam and Eve lost in the garden of Eden. He came to restore to man the dominion mandate. The mandate that required man to give form to the earth.

The political, economic, religious, entertainment, media, and other sectors of the world needs the children of God or offspring of God to give form to the earth.

You are born again to take control and responsibility again.  Salvation gives freedom, but this freedom has a burden. The burden of giving form to the world.

The devil's mandate is to destroy the earth, but our mandate as children of God is to preserve it from decadence. There is salt in you, release it and give taste to the earth.

You are not born again to seek after miracles, in the embassy of God on the earth, the church, miracles is the meal that is served.

Your work is to give form
to the earth.

It is time to work on our thinking!

This is something prophetic about our ability to dream big.
God is moving us to a season where God is expanding his influence on earth.


The church was designed by God to be head and not tail. Deut 28:1-13

The head is symbolic of front liners, decision making, initiators, pace setters, trail blazers, history makers, etc.

The church is not designed to be reactionary. The church is visionary, it is the control valve for all that exist on the earth.

The church was not designed to be dragged around by culture and political elements. Rather, entertainment, media, education, governments, cultures and other earthly kingdoms should draw their functioning power from the church.

The church is not just for the gathering of people, but a concentration of kingdom execution power on the earth. Hebrews 4:1-2

The challenge however is that the church is always so slow to respond to change. This is so because, the church is dependent on what God says. It is born out of revelation. However Revelation is progressive. We should stay with just what God said, but strive to know what God is saying.

Ephesians 1:20-23 MSG

Christ has a final word on everything.

The world is peripheral to the church.

The church is the CPU that should control the activities of the world.

What stopped Israel from entering Canaan was lack of capacity.

1. Lack of capacity to dream.
2. ‎Lack of capacity to manage resources.

LACK OF CAPACITY TO DREAM

When you lack capacity to dream, Gods promised blessing can end up intimidating you.

If the fish you catch is too big for your frying pan, get a bigger frying pan, instead of throwing away the big fish and always settling for only the fish that sizes your old frying pan.

Never throw away an idea because it is too big for your mind to capture.

Most people can not just divorce themselves from the strongholds already established in their minds.

Romans 12:2

The mind needs consistent renewal if it must function the way God wants it to.

The same God that gave you a 3"x 5" dream can also choose to give you a 10" x 15" dream. The template you are accustomed to while trading 3" x 5" dream might not work with the new dream of 10" x 15".

Stop comparing where God is taking you to where you are coming from.

There is need to get out of default mode or setting and get set to rise to a new dimension.

Strongholds of the mind can and would always limit our capacity to dream new dreams.

In God's agenda, it is time for the opening of a new phase.

Capacity also has to do with flexibility. Luke 5:38

Nothing is ever expensive, it is only people that cannot afford them that exist.

What you cannot afford with 3" x 4" dream would become very affordable with a 10" x 15" dream. Rise to a new dimension.

Do not go into the future reacting to the past.

You cannot go far in life without loosing some relationships.

Where God is taking you does not need physical labour, all you need is management skills.

It is time to rise mentally, spiritually and emotionally to a new dimension.

What you cannot afford with 3" x 4" dream would become very affordable with a 10" x 15" dream. Rise to a new dimension.

Do not go into the future reacting to the past.

You cannot go far in life without loosing some relationships.

Where God is taking you does not need physical labour, all you need is management skills.
