A spiritual man has the holy Spirit inside of him. 

The soul has to be wired up to receive from the Holy Spirit. 

You must be able to understand God and the emotions of other people. 

You cannot effectively deciple people if you lack emotional intelligence. 

4 pillars of emotional Intelligence

1. Self awareness 

You must come to understand yourself ....

2. Love people 

Don't just see people from where you are, also see them from where they are. 

Learn to bear with people. 

Endeavour to pray for people. 

Do not be quick to cut people off. 

 Create boundaries...
