The emotional component of the redeemed man is powered by the fear of God.
The emotional component of the soul is driven by passion..
Passion is the ability to love and hate at the same time.
Love for Godliness and hatred for evil is what defines passion that drives a fear of God powered emotion.
Godliness at the center of our emotion would always define what gets drawn to you.
If good is in your emotion, you will always pull good towards yourself.
If you allow evil to dwell in your emotion, it becomes a magnet of evil generated habits ...
For the regenerated man, the emotion is powered by the fear of God.
Righteousness defines your positioning in the kingdom, but staying righteous demands that you abstain from all things that defiles the soul.
Keep away from whatever defiles the imagination.
Keep away from whatever defiles the memory.
Keep away from whatever defiles the intellect.
Keep away from whatever defiles the emotion.
Keep away from whatever defiles the will.
Sanctification demands our active engagement. Yes, God has made us his righteousness, but we have to make effort to retain and sustain right standing.
We must strive to stay holy or exercise ourself unto Godliness.

It is taking responsibility that sustains the righteousness of God in Christ that we have received.

There is need to watch and pray if we must live a life that must be profitable unto all things.
Crave for the Spirit that powers holiness or wholeness. It is the Spirit that makes whole, complete and unique.
It is all in the soul powered by the fear of God in the realm of the emotion.

Every evil thought of our imagination is what creates the fountain of evil things. Until you deal with the thoughts, you cannot effectively silence the acts.
