WISDOM HAS UNLIMITED CAPACITY FOR GROWTH
By Pastor David Ibiyeomie

Wisdom: The Key to Unlimited Growth
Wisdom is the appropriate application of God’s Word. For a well-rounded and impactful life, we must grow in three dimensions as Jesus did—Spirit, Soul, and Body.

Dimensions of Growth

  1. Spiritual Growth
    • Prayer and Fasting: These are essential for building spiritual capacity. "Then your light will break forth like the dawn..." (Isaiah 58:8).
    • Living a Life of Obedience: True obedience means doing whatever God demands, regardless of personal cost. "Whatever He says to you, do it." (John 2:5).
      • Obedience opens the doors to miracles and brings divine instructions to fulfillment.
      • The more you obey, the closer you are to your breakthroughs.
  1. Mental Growth
Relevance in life is a function of the mind. If you ignore mental development, you limit your capacity for wisdom.

    Keys to Mental Development:

    • Constantly Develop Your Mind:

      • Pursue knowledge, retain it, and apply it. "Now I commit you to God and to the word of His grace, which can build you up..." (Acts 20:32).
      • Invest in books before luxury; an undeveloped mind leads to a shallow life.
      • “If you ignore your mentors, you’ll suffer under your tormentors.”
    • Productive Thinking:

      • God Himself is a thinker. Engage your mind in purposeful thought. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you..." (Jeremiah 29:11).
      • Meditate on Scripture to align your thoughts with God’s plans. "Think on these things." (Philippians 4:8).
    • Associating with Great Thinkers:

      • Surround yourself with individuals who inspire and challenge you. "He who walks with the wise grows wise." (Proverbs 13:20).
      • Relating with great minds elevates your thinking, while poor associations limit your potential.
  1. Physical Growth
Caring for your body is as important as developing your spirit and mind.

    • Exercise Regularly:

      • "Physical training is of some value..." (1 Timothy 4:8). Exercise enhances productivity and longevity.
    • Take Time to Rest:

      • Rest is necessary to maintain balance. Even God rested after creation. "And on the seventh day, God ended His work which He had made; and He rested." (Genesis 2:2).
      • Avoid equating laziness with rest. Productive people work diligently before resting.

Important Reminders for Shiloh Participants:

  • Your growth must be three-dimensional—Spirit, Soul, and Body—and it should be a lifetime pursuit.
  • Pay the price for growth if you desire the prize of excellence.
  • Don’t just copy notes at Shiloh; take note of divine instructions so that others will take note of your impact long after your departure from Shiloh.

Final Charge:
Wisdom has an unlimited capacity for growth. Make a conscious decision to align every area of your life with God’s Word, and you will experience breakthroughs beyond measure.

2ND WORDSPIRATION – HOUR OF VISITATION DAY 3

[EVER WINNING WISDOM] 12TH DECEMBER 2024 | THERE IS A DEPOSIT OF DIVINE WISDOM IN EVERY BELIEVER
By Pastor Yakubu Kezi

Unlocking the Wisdom Within

In Christ, every believer has access to divine wisdom. This isn’t just a potential but a reality. By redemption, we all share a common destiny, equipped with the mind of Christ. “We have the mind of wisdom.” (1 Corinthians 2:16) Yet, this wisdom requires discovery, development, and deployment to transform our lives and fulfill God’s purpose.

Discovering and Utilizing God’s Deposit

1. Recognize What You Carry

Never despise what you have; it may hold the key to your breakthrough. In God’s hands, what seems ordinary becomes extraordinary.

  • “What is in your hand?” (Exodus 4:1-8, 17)
  • “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world.” (2 Corinthians 10:4)

2. Transform the Ordinary

What God places in your hands may appear insignificant, but through faith and obedience, it becomes a tool for signs and wonders.

  • “The ordinary thing in your hands becomes mighty when surrendered to God.” (1 Samuel 17:43)

Manifesting the Deposit of Wisdom

Wisdom doesn’t manifest automatically—it must be stirred up for its virtues to find expression. “Fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you.” (2 Timothy 1:6-7)

How to Stir Up Wisdom

  1. Through Prayer and Fasting:
Prayer invites divine intervention while fasting heightens spiritual sensitivity. Together, they unlock the treasures of wisdom.

    • “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously.” (James 1:5)
    • “Then your light will break forth like the dawn.” (Isaiah 58:8)
  2. Search the Scriptures:
God’s Word is the ultimate repository of wisdom. Those who diligently study the Bible uncover answers to life’s challenges.

    • “The Scriptures... can make you wise.” (2 Timothy 3:15)
    • “A wise man will hear and increase learning.” (Proverbs 1:5)
  3. Meditate on the Word:
Meditation draws inspiration and clarity for life’s journey. The juice of the Word is extracted through thoughtful meditation.

    • “Meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it.” (Joshua 1:8)
  4. Observe and Apply Scripture:
Be observant, aligning your actions with biblical principles. Build with wisdom and discernment.

    • “Prepare your work outside; get everything ready for yourself in the field, and after that build your house.” (Proverbs 24:27)
  5. Interact with the Wise:
Surround yourself with individuals who embody godly wisdom. Their insights will sharpen and inspire you.

    • “Walk with the wise and become wise.” (Proverbs 13:20)

Wisdom: The Believer’s Inheritance

Wisdom is part of the sevenfold inheritance in Christ. “Worthy is the Lamb...to receive power, riches, and wisdom.” (Revelation 5:12) As children of the only wise God, wisdom is not just what we have—it is who we are. Through Jesus, the head of wisdom, we manifest God’s brilliance in our lives.

The challenges you face are not proof of failure but opportunities to unleash the wisdom deposited within you. As you stir up and activate this wisdom, victory, and mighty works are guaranteed.

Final Charge: Activate and Share the Wisdom

You may seem ordinary, but you carry God’s extraordinary power within. Embrace and manifest this divine wisdom in every area of your life. As you do, you’ll not only transform your own life but also inspire others to pursue God’s purpose.

Don’t just take notes at Shiloh; take note of divine instructions so others will take note of your impact long after Shiloh 2024.

4TH WORDSPIRATION - HOUR OF VISITATION (DAY 3)

[EVER WINNING WISDOM]
12th December 2024 |
COVENANT CHANNELS FOR ACCESSING THE WISDOM FROM ABOVE
By Bishop David Oyedepo

The Two Covenant Channels for Accessing Divine Wisdom:

1. The Channel of Love

"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." — 1 Corinthians 2:9-10

  • A Heart for God: Loving God wholeheartedly secures your place on earth and grants access to divine wisdom. Without God, we can do nothing (John 15:5; 1 Corinthians 13:2).

    • Supporting Scriptures: Genesis 17:18-23, Isaiah 41:8-10, Matthew 24:12, 2 Timothy 3:2.

  • Faith Works by Love: Love is the foundation of faith—and it is wisdom to give your heart to God (Proverbs 23:26). Solomon’s love for God ushered him into realms of uncommon wisdom (1 Kings 3:3-6; 4:29-34).

  • Unfailing Power of Love:

    • Love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:8).

    • Love is a direct channel for accessing divine wisdom (Romans 8:35-37).

    • Love strengthens your relationship with the Holy Spirit; handle Him with care (Ephesians 4:30; 1 Thessalonians 5:22).

  • Key Thoughts:

    • Love is as strong as death (Song of Solomon 8:6).

    • God dwells in us when we love Him (1 John 4:16).

    • Love enables divine wisdom to flow unhindered.

2. The Channel of Meekness

"The meek will He guide in judgment: and the meek will He teach His way." — Psalm 25:9

  • Meekness as a Qualification:

    • God only teaches the meek. Meekness grants access to divine wisdom and places you in God’s classroom (Numbers 12:3; Matthew 5:5).

  • Generational Impact Through Meekness:

    • Meekness is essential for global and generational impact (Matthew 11:29; 1 Corinthians 1:24).

    • Without meekness, one’s influence is limited and unsustainable.

  • Hindrances to Meekness:

    • Pride and arrogance resist correction from God’s Word. Every reaction against scriptural reproof is rooted in pride.

    • Learn to stay small in your own eyes. Only see yourself as God sees you—nothing more, nothing less (Philippians 2:5-9).

  • Key Thoughts:

    • Meekness sustains divine impact and positions you as a generational record-breaker.

    • Life unfolds in phases; embrace humility and trust God’s timing.

    • "Where God cannot take you, it is not safe to go."

Conclusion:

The channels of love and meekness are critical for accessing the wisdom from above. By cultivating these virtues, you position yourself for divine guidance, supernatural impact, and unparalleled success. Stay humble, stay loving, and let God’s wisdom elevate you to new heights!
