Many say that the date chosen for Christmas used to be a pagan festival date....but what really is redemption? 

It is light taking the place of darkness, a saviour taking the place of a robber, a king taking the place of a peasant, a righteous man taking the place of a sinner.

 Christmas taking the place of a pagan festival is what defines the core reason for the season.

 
Rejoice for a king is born. Don't listen to pagans who want their date back. Christmas dominates that season. Hallelujah!
