It was established in part one of this article that for effective bonding, there is need for friendship, relationship and courtship. And we discovered that the body really wants to partake in the bonding process. Sex is constantly knocking on the door of your soul, and giving in to sex before marriage is nothing but _formication_ which is a sin against your body. The fear for many singles is that, how would they know if they are sexually compatible if they cannot experiment with sex?

Here is simple way to test for sexual compatibility.  I call it the _straw of compatibility_. I refer to it as a straw because, it takes a straw to get at the content in a bottle without having to interact with the container. The content is sexual character, while the container is the body.

When a thought - idea is conceived, it can be cultivated into a theory and emerge as a philosophy.

It is at this stage, when an idea can become a philosophy, that it forms the foundation of a belief system.

A belief system then becomes the motivator of all behaviour and response to life and environment.

Belief also becomes the shade through which all of life is viewed and interpreted.

In essence, ideas are the foundation of philosophy, which becomes our way of thinking, our concept of truth, and our belief system, which then produce our life style and mental conditioning.

Nothing is as powerful as philosophy, and the source of philosophy is precepts, which are the ideas we come to conceive and accept.

Thoughts control the world, ideas rule the world, and we become our thought - idea. "For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he" Proverbs 23:7

We can see this playing out in our country - Nigeria, where people are calling on Christians to defend themselves with arms and not just depend on prayers.

With their words, they are inculcating in peaceful people, the attitude of violent reaction.

But the truth is, for a true son of God, there is no weapon more violent in this world more than the prayer of faith. One word from God through his people would bring confusion into the camp of the enemy.

The kingdom thought - idea which would birth a formidable kingdom driven philosophy is for sons and daughters of God to build practical leadership capacity and stay on the prayer firing line.

Perhaps at this juncture, since we have said a bit about ideas, it would be helpful to give our attention to defining the concept of an idea.

In trying to understand the concept of an idea, it is wisdom to try an establish the meaning of what is known as a precept.

The word precept is a grammatical construct that incorporates the prefix pre, which means "before," and the word "stem", -cept, which means or implies " thought."

We can safely say that precept means "before thought" or the thought before the thought.

This therefore means that precept is the "original thought" that refers to the foundation thought.

When a precept is conceived, it is then called "an idea."

An idea can therefore be seen as "a conceived thought" that becomes the foundation of a concept, which develops into a mental image and produces a product.

This is why, creatively speaking, an idea can be, and usually is, the source of creation. Creation is actually a manifested idea.

Creative leadership can therefore be said to be leadership that evolves from a manifested idea.

African leaders therefore needs better ideologies if the leadership quagmire confronting us must be resolved.

The truth is that, the best God can do for us is to heal our land, when we humbly call on him.

But the chaotic situation (lack of form) is the responsibility of the sons and daughters of God (Creative leaders). Psalm 82:1-6.

It would take the manifestation of the sons and daughters of God for real and accelerated  change to come to African Nations. (Romans 8:19).

The reason why our world is constantly experiencing leadership crisis is because we have failed to connect with the creator's big idea.

A prudent person sees trouble coming and ducks; a simpleton walks in blindly and is clobbered. Proverbs 22:3

CREATIVE LEADERSHIP: SOLUTION TO THE LEADERSHIP CRISIS IN AFRICA NATIONS. Part 2

Today, I want to focus on the invisibility and superiority of idea driven leadership. It is impossible to kill an idea whose time has come. Ideas are more powerful that any known destructive force on the earth. Ideas have been known to outlive men and can never be destroyed. As a matter of truth, ideas produce everything. Everything started or originated from an idea and can also be said to be the result of the conception of an idea.

When I talk about creative leadership, I am referring to an idea driven or powered leadership.

Any attempt to destroy an idea seems to serve only to make it grow and multiply. Ideas that seem subdued or are forced to submerge in one generation will always resurface in another generation and impact future generations.

The most difficult thing to fight is a God ordained idea whose time has come. Philosophically speaking, ideas can never be destroyed by canal weapons such as guns, tanks, nuclear, or biological/chemical weapons. Ideas may have a shelf life but can never be extinct. Why is this so? It is because they incubate in a place where no weapon can reach: the mind.

If you kill a man, that does not mean that you have destroyed his ideas. They killed Jesus, but his ideas still rule our world today.

Ideas don't die, they only change form and live on for generations.

I want to submit that, the reason why leaders in Africa are colossal failures can easily be traced to their having no real ideas. They are either void of ideas or running with false ideologies.

The world has however witnessed all kinds of ideologies which live on, no matter what your opinion of them may be. Imperialism, communism, socialism, democracy, dictatorship, and monarchism are all ideas that cannot be destroyed, even though the men who conceived them are long gone.

This is why even the attempts to respond to the specter of terrorism that has suddenly become a torn in the flesh of nations are so difficult!

Terrorism is an idea peddled by extremists such as Boko Haram and now herdsmen (in Nigeria); this idea is sold, traded, and transferred to the minds of others and becomes the philosophical foundation of the destructive behaviours that has become one of the great security challenges of the 21st century.

How then do you fight terrorism? Can a bullet kill an idea? Does terrorism die when a terrorist is killed? How do you win a war against an evil orchestrated idea?

It is my personal belief that the only way to defeat an evil idea is to conceive a better idea. Ideas can only be destroyed by ideas. Our generation needs creative ideas that would birth creative solutions, which is why we need creative leaders - men and women that can read, and also interpret strange writings and dreams.

I woke up this morning feeling an leadership anointing on my life. I heard the Spirit of God minister to my spirit; "the solution to the leadership crisis is rooted in the understanding and pursuit of creative leadership." Unlike other forms of leadership, creative leadership is a product of relationship with the creator. It is understanding the creator's leadership style. In plain language, understanding the ways of God is the starting point of creative leadership. Eternity has never been heard to suffer any form of crisis, why? The creator is totally in charge of affairs at that realm.

For instance, God created heaven and earth, but earth was without form, void and darkness covered the face of the deep.

The creator (God) was faced with three challenges at the beginning: disorder (no form), emptiness (void) and darkness.

He solved these problems in the reverse order. He called for light (Gen 1:3) and darkness was challenge was solved.

As a creative leader, the most important tool you must be armed with is light (knowledge, insight, revelation, vision, principles, know-how and academic intelligence etc)

Unfortunately, leaders in African nations have no value for knowledge, which is why many nations are misdirected.

Creative leadership is all about trading in inspiration. Inspiration is the Spirit of the lord, crawling over your mental faculty to deliver supernatural feats. This is why it is creative. It is creative because it creates solutions. It solves problems that seem to have no reference in human history.

African nations need inspired knowledge, if it must be free from the hold of darkness that has held it back for many centuries.

The spirit of a man is the lamp of the Lord, searching all the inner depths of his heart. Proverbs 20:27

Positional leaders or government are a product of the kind of people that make up that society.

When people fail at their personal leadership responsibilities, there is no way they can excel at positional leadership.

To therefore enthrone the right people in government therefore demands a righteous tongue, a heart void of offence and a willingness to serve.

As Christians, we excel in leadership when we embrace the teachings of Jesus on what it takes to be a worthy leader. His teaching helps us to know that leadership is all about serving the interest of Gods kingdom on the earth.

To serve God effectively requires that we love people and protect lives. "No cattle's life can be compared to the blood of a human life". To therefore jeopardize human life at the expense of " animals" reveals the failure inherent in our personal leadership DNA.

Before the PVC can elect good leaders, voters must get it right in their heart.

One of the most powerful tool God has given to mankind is the ability to create sounds.

Words are powerful when wielded. The tongue is very small but has the power to set a city on fire.

The coming of social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, WhatsApp etc has suddenly made it possible for people to express themselves without thinking.

It is not enough to say things, it is wisdom to think before saying anything. Words can bless, and as well it can curse.

Fools care nothing for thoughtful discourse; all they do is run off at the mouth. Proverbs 18:2 MSG

So many people have lost a lot, by just paying attention to false news that now saturates the air space. People would rather buy lies than to invest in the truth.

Peoples ears today crave for false news about everything. To pride in the truth these days is to appear like one from the stone age. What a shame.

Politicians use false promises to confuse voters, and voters whose conscience is tied to their belly fall flat for those lies.

For instance, when the prophets strictly warned people about an islamization agenda before the last election, the same people crying fowl today pride themselves with the empty promises sold to them by politicians who had next to no idea what they were going to do in government.

Another election is on the way, and all we hear is, "get your PVC" as though the PVC would on it's own decide the right candidate.

What is needed now is a national rebirth, we need to revisit our values and teach electorates the principles of integrity, which begins with speaking the truth, first to ourselves and by extension, to our neighbours.

Words shape who we are, and who we are would drive us into fulfilling the dominion mandate, which is to give form to the earth.
