One of the greatest obstacle to success in life is greed. Greed is a negative virtue that corrupts its carriers. A selfish want for something beyond one's need. Typically, greed is associated with wealth or power. Greedy people are self consumed people and also self destructive people. They are a disaster looking for where to explode. Their only motto is me, myself and I.
Greed goes much further than money. A person can be greedy for money but also for fame, possessions, attention, compliments, gifts, another person’s time, and more. It is a description of a self consumed personality, one that is wrapped up in him or herself.
Here are seven things to note about greed. Listen and be blessed.
