These are basic relationships that exist in our life. How you hamdle these levels of relationship says alot about the level of greatness you command by wisdom.
Wisdom is no doubt your ability to discern difference. When you are able to recongnize your uniqueness, you walk in uncommon wisdom. Have a fulfilled weekend.
Level 5 - Pinnacle
The highest and most difficult level of leadership is the Pinnacle.While most people can learn to climb to Levels 1 through 4, Level 5 requires not only effort, skill, and intentionality, but also a high level of talent. Only naturally gifted leaders ever make it to this highest level.
What do leaders do on Level 5? They develop people to become Level 4 leaders.
If people are respectful, pleasant, and productive, they can establish a degree of influence with others and gain followers with relative ease.
Developing followers to lead on their own is difficult. Most leaders don't do it because it takes so much more work than simply
leading followers.
However, developing leaders to the point where they are able and willing to develop other leaders is the most difficult leadership task of all.
But here are the payoffs: Level 5 leaders develop Level 5 organizations.
They create opportunities that other leaders don't.
They create legacy in what they do. People follow them because of who they are and what they represent.
In other words, their leadership gains a positive reputation.
As a result, Level 5 leaders often transcend their position, their organization, and sometimes their industry.

It is the glory of God to conceal a matter,
But the glory of kings is to search out a matter.

As the heavens for height and the earth for depth,
So the hearts and minds of kings are [a]unsearchable.
4
Take away the dross from the silver,
And there comes out [the pure metal for] a vessel for the silversmith [to shape].
5
Take away the wicked from before the king,
And his throne will be established in righteousness.
6
Do not be boastfully ambitious and claim honor in the presence of the king,
And do not stand in the place of great men;
7
For it is better that it be said to you, “Come up here,”
Than for you to be placed lower in the presence of the prince,
Whom your eyes have seen.

Do not rush out to argue your case [before magistrates or judges];
Otherwise what will you do in the end [when your case is lost and]
When your neighbor (opponent) humiliates you?

Argue your case with your neighbor himself [before you go to court];
And do not reveal another’s secret,

And the rumor about you [and your action in court] will have no end.

Is a man who has no self-control over his spirit [and sets himself up for trouble].
