A PROPHETIC GLIMPSE INTO THE HOUR IN WHICH WE LIVE
- The agenda from the eyes of scriptures Matthew 24:6 - 14
Five spiritual and social challenges confronting the hour that we are in
- The strength of darkness is in the absence of light.
Ephesians 2:6
Light always changes people's level of authority.
Light is not about age but authority...
Power cannot clear darkness, it is light that clears darkness.
Isaiah 60:1
It is light that comes, not power or anointing.
It is not the reading, writing, or listening to the word but the entrance of the word that creates light that subdues the powers that operate in darkness.
Prophetic words are not treats.... but divine declarations of things that must be...
Matthew24:6 - 9
Luke 21: 7 - 11
They are not even predictions but God's agenda for the end times!
They are not alterable!
The five spiritual challenges of the hour
Matthew 24:12
1. Iniquity or new models of sins shall abound!
It is time to take cover over against the assaults of iniquity.
Life without Jesus is Hell on earth.
2. The love of many shall wax cold.
It is mischievous madness for a living man to envy dead men!
A believer should have no unbeliever to envy!
Your love for God must be on fire!
The love of God makes you wear God's presence as a clock.
3. The faith of many shall fail.
Luke 18:8 | Luke 22:32
Faith can therefore fail. Little faith cannot ride the storm of the day.
Invest in building your faith.
Work at building your faith.
Our faith has unlimited capacity for growth.
From no faith to little faith, from little faith to strong faith, and strong faith to supernatural faith!
Build your faith and lay your doubts to rest!
You must have the faith capacity to step out and accomplish what God is saying to you!
Contrary words against faith can lay faith to rest in you!
1 Timothy 4:1 -
Some shall depart from the faith!
Faith in good times is not a problem, little faith can handle that!
In stormy times, you need more than a little faith!
4. Many deceivers and false teachers would rise!
Matthew 24:11 | 2 Peter 2:1 - 3
God never asks us to give because He is in need, He asks us to give so that He can meet all our needs according to the riches of his glory! Phil 4:15-19
God will never need us to be God!
There is nothing you can give to God to cajole him!
Acts 8:20 - We do not buy into the anointing!

5. Many shall be offended and give up on God
Matthew 11:6 | Luke 17:1
Blessed is the one that is not offended in God!
When God turns his back on man, the man is finished!
Refuse to be offended in God! Hebrews 12:2
There is always what to endure before you get to the realm of what to enjoy.
Psalm 31:15 | Ecc 3:11 Our times are in the hands of God. His times are not in our hands!
Even if you do not see anything, strive to see eternity!
THE SOCIAL CHALLENGES OF THE HOUR
1. Wars and rumors of wars
Many nations are over-prepared to stir up wars!
At this time, the God you have is what would make the difference.
Divine presence is our only sure security.
2. Pestilences and plagues
Exodus 11;1 | Exodus 12:12 | Exodus 9:6 | 1 John 4:16 | Ephesians 6:16
3. There shall be earthquakes - Natural disasters
Only his presence can secure an exemption. Matthew 24:8
THE GOOD NEWS OF THE HOUR
Matthew 24:14
1. There shall be a gospel explosion.
The end time is the golden era of the church.
A time of horror for the world but a time of honor for the church
A time of gloominess for the world but a time of glory for the church.
It shall be the crowning season for the church.
2. The church shall occupy a central stage in the affairs of the world
Micah 4:1 - 2 | Deut 18:18
True prophets don't speak what they want to see,,,, He puts His words in their mouth!
3. There shall be an outbreak of revelations.
Isaiah 11:9 | Jeremiah 31:34 | Isaiah 60:1-22
Many in the kingdom shall be flowing in revelation.
Pslam 34:5
Revelation is the cure for all forms of frustration.
We shine with light... We fly with light Isaiah 60:1 & 8, 15, 22
Men and women like nations would start rising in the body of Christ!
Psalm 87:1 -2
Giants, the kind never known would be rising from the church!
Joel 2;1-28 | Pslam 112:10 | Luke 21:18 | Number 23:20
God's agenda is irreversible.
It is lifting with security for the church of Christ in the end time.
What a word from the throne of grace
FIVE THINGS TO DO TO GET ON GODS SIDE
1. Build the faith that works Roans 4:20
2. Continue to wage war against sin
3. Grow in your dedication to God and the interest of his kingdom
4. Build bulwarks against spiritual deceptions as you grow in the revelation of the truth.
5. Continue to build your love for God to live more than a conqueror.
Be a doer of the work and not just a hearer of the word only. James 1:22-25
