CHRIST, CHARACTER, COMPETENCE AND CAPACITY

CHRIST, CHARACTER, COMPETENCE AND CAPACITY

An impactful life is not built by talent alone. It is built on strong foundations. Christ, Character, Competence and Capacity are the four core fabrics that shape a life of lasting influence, relevance and kingdom impact.

CHRIST is the foundation. He gives us identity, direction, purpose and the values by which we live. Without Christ, success can become empty and influence can lose its eternal meaning.

CHARACTER is the integrity of the person behind the achievement. Skills may open doors, but character determines whether we can remain standing when the doors are opened. Honesty, discipline, humility, integrity, faithfulness and responsibility are essential to sustainable impact.

COMPETENCE is the ability to produce results. In a rapidly changing world, good intentions are not enough. Young people must develop knowledge, skills, creativity, digital literacy, problem-solving ability and excellence in their chosen fields.

CAPACITY is the ability to carry greater responsibility and influence. Capacity determines how much impact a person can sustain. It is developed through learning, experience, discipline, resilience, leadership, relationships and continuous growth.

Therefore, Christ gives us the foundation, character gives us credibility, competence gives us capability, and capacity gives us the ability to multiply our impact.

When these four are intentionally developed, a young person is not merely prepared to succeed—they are prepared to make a difference, influence their generation and leave a lasting legacy.

THE AGIS PHILOSOPHY

CHRIST → CHARACTER → COMPETENCE → CAPACITY → IMPACT

We build Christ-centered lives, develop strong character, pursue excellence and competence, expand capacity, and ultimately become people who create meaningful and lasting impact in their generation.

This is the kind of generation AGIS seeks to raise.
