Wisdom for Unlimited Growth
SHILOH 2024: HOUR OF VISITATION | DAY 4 | EVER WINNING WISDOM | 13, DEC....
God's Accelerated Programme for Raising Stars
God has a divine plan for raising stars in His kingdom. The journey to greatness is orchestrated by His wisdom, as revealed through His Word.
Key Scriptures:
- Isaiah 60:1-8, 15, 22
- Revelation 22:16
- John 1:1-3, 14
Jesus, the Bright and Morning Star, is the Word in action. He exemplifies what it means to live a life guided by divine wisdom. Just as Jesus demonstrated the Word, we too are called to put the Word into action. “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19).
Wisdom, Obedience, and Destiny
No one can make themselves great. We are all products of God’s making, and our placement in life is determined by our obedience to His instructions.
- “The Lord’s portion is His people; Jacob is the lot of His inheritance.” (Deuteronomy 32:9-14)
- Jesus was exalted because of His obedience: “He humbled himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.” (Philippians 2:8-10)
Obedience is the foundation of greatness in God’s kingdom. To fulfill destiny and end as wonders, we must be committed to the dictates of His Word.
Beware of Overconfidence
The assumption of knowledge is the hallmark of ignorance.
- “Be not overly wise; why should you destroy yourself?” (Ecclesiastes 7:16)
- Certificates mark the limits of human knowledge and the vastness of ignorance.
The wise continually seek to learn, while the ignorant assume they know everything. Wisdom demands a hunger for more insight and revelation:
- “If anyone thinks that he knows anything, he knows nothing yet as he ought to know.” (1 Corinthians 8:2)
Biblical Examples of Wisdom in Action
Isaac:
- Isaac practiced meditation, unlocking divine direction. (Genesis 24:63, 26:1-3, 12-14)
Joseph:
- Joseph’s star shone through divine wisdom in action.
Daniel:
- Daniel’s exceptional wisdom elevated him to prominence. (Daniel 1:17, 2:16, 46)
Job:
- Job thrived by operating divine secrets. (Job 29:4)
Paul:
- Paul’s profound wisdom set him apart as a spiritual giant. (2 Peter 3:15-16)
Giants of the scriptures are forged through the crucible of wisdom.
How to Access Divine Secrets
Fear of the Lord
- “The secret of the Lord is with those who fear Him.” (Psalm 25:14)
- The fear of God manifests in:
- Hatred for evil (Proverbs 8:13, Ephesians 5:11)
- Reverence for God in thoughts and actions (Hebrews 12:28, Philippians 2:15)
Prayer of Enquiry
- Asking specific questions unlocks answers. (Matthew 7:7-8, Psalm 65:5)
- Keys to the effective prayer of inquiry:
- Be specific (1 Samuel 30:8)
- Be in the Spirit (Revelation 1:10)
- Be loaded with the Word (Colossians 3:16, Psalm 29:1-4)
- Approach God with expectation (Proverbs 23:18)
- Engage in thanksgiving and praise (Philippians 4:6)
Engage the Help of the Holy Spirit
- The Holy Spirit is the ultimate teacher and revealer of divine secrets. (1 Corinthians 2:10, Isaiah 30:20-21)
- The Spirit amplifies God’s voice in our hearts, guiding us into all truth.
Search the Scriptures

Introduction: Navigating the Challenges of Life
In this world, challenges are inevitable. Jesus warned us about tribulations, but He also assured us of victory in Him. (John 16:33) Your source defines your resources—this is why connecting with God’s covenant is essential. “My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.” (Psalm 89:34)
Understanding Covenant Gateways and Divine Wisdom
- Gateway: A gate that leads to a desired way.
- Wisdom from Above: Defined by its characteristics—pure, peaceable, gentle, full of mercy, and good fruits. (James 3:17)
This wisdom is superior to human intellect. It provides solutions to all human questions and is the key to enthronement in life. (Isaiah 55:9, Proverbs 1:5)
The Price for the Wisdom from Above
The wisdom from above comes with a price. Biblical examples such as Daniel, Joseph, and Paul reveal that this wisdom demands:
- Purity: Daniel demonstrated zero tolerance for defilement. (Daniel 1:8, 6:4-5)
- Reverence for God’s Covenant: Joseph’s fear of God positioned him for greatness. (Genesis 41:38-44)
- Faithful Obedience: Paul’s fear of God made him an extraordinary vessel of wisdom.
Covenant Gateways to the Wisdom from Above
The Fear of God
- The foundation of wisdom begins with reverence for God. “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.” (Psalm 111:10)
- Characteristics of the Fear of God:a. Acknowledging Sin: Confessing and turning away from wrongdoing. (2 Samuel 12:7, 13; Proverbs 28:13)b. Hating Evil: Rejecting sin and refusing to normalize it as weakness. (Proverbs 8:13, 19:8)c. Loving Righteousness: Storing God’s Word in your heart for direction and protection. (Psalm 119:11, 105)
Accessing Divine Wisdom through Reverence
- Wisdom positions saints for enthronement:
- Joseph’s fear of God secured his leadership role. (Genesis 41:38-44)
- Daniel’s wisdom brought him before kings. (Daniel 2:19-30, 46)
- Paul’s wisdom showcased God’s glory through the Church. (Ephesians 5:25-26)
- “By me, kings reign, and princes decree justice.” (Proverbs 8:15)
Human Limitations vs. Divine Wisdom
- Human wisdom is prone to error, but God’s wisdom answers all questions. (Isaiah 55:9)
- Familiarity with scriptures can limit revelation; we must engage the Word with humility and fresh expectation.
Key Insights on Divine Wisdom
The Fear of God Defines Your Destiny
- Gentiles are drawn to the brightness of wisdom from above. (Isaiah 60:3)
- God raises individuals like Joseph and Daniel to provide solutions that no one else can offer. (Genesis 42:18)
Wisdom from Above is Key to Reigning in Life
- It is an error for foolishness to occupy positions of royalty. (Ecclesiastes 10:5-7)
- Divine wisdom establishes kings and guarantees influence across all spheres of life.
Final Charge
The fear of God is the golden rule for the Church’s glorious future. It is the covenant gateway to divine wisdom. When we align our lives with God’s covenant principles, we gain access to the wisdom that elevates, enthrones, and transforms.
Key Takeaway: “Your background, tribe, or color becomes irrelevant when you carry divine answers. God’s wisdom makes you a solution provider in any circumstance.”
Let this Word inspire you to embrace the fear of God, seek His wisdom, and walk boldly in your divine calling. Share your thoughts in the comments and spread this revelation using the hashtags #Shiloh2024, #EverWinningWisdom, and #CovenantWisdom!
What Is an Asset?
An asset is a valuable resource that can be tangible, intangible, human, or intellectual. Wisdom, however, stands out as an asset of inestimable value.
- Wisdom defines the value of an individual's life. (Proverbs 9:12)
- It places a premium on whatever one possesses. (Proverbs 4:7)
- Many lives, homes, and endeavors are at a standstill due to a lack of divine wisdom.
The Core Importance of Wisdom
- Wisdom is the principal thing. It is the core of all success and productivity. (Proverbs 4:7)
- Divine wisdom, unlike human counsel, is evident in the actions taken based on godly instruction.
- Divine wisdom operates on demand—you must call for it. (James 1:5, Jeremiah 33:3)
The Spirit of Wisdom
Every child of God has a deposit of wisdom through Christ. (1 Corinthians 1:24) However, for this treasure to deliver, it requires activation and stirring:
The Spirit of Wisdom:
- The Spirit of Wisdom is powered by divine inspiration. (Job 32:8)
- It requires preparation and foresight, as seen in the parable of the wise virgins. (Matthew 25:8-9)
Activating the Spirit of Wisdom:
- Stir it up through spiritual responsibility. (2 Timothy 1:6)
- Take proactive steps to cultivate and apply wisdom.
Biblical Examples of Wisdom
Joseph:
- He sustained his divine endowment through forgiveness and responsibility, making him outstanding.
Daniel:
- Daniel's wisdom was rooted in the fear of the Lord and his commitment to lifelong learning. (Daniel 9:2)
- Wise men read, think, and consistently seek knowledge.
Solomon:
- Solomon was richly endowed with wisdom, but his failure to take responsibility turned his treasures into trash.
Lessons from Solomon’s Downfall
Indulgence in Feasting:
- Overindulgence dulled his spiritual edge. (1 Kings 4:22)
Uncontrolled Desires:
- His inability to manage his sexual appetite led to spiritual compromise. (1 Kings 11:1)
- Any person or thing that hinders your walk with God is a "strange" influence to avoid.
Misuse of Resources:
- Solomon used his God-given resources to build shrines for his wives' idols.
Neglect of Prayer:
- Solomon stopped praying after achieving wealth and wisdom. “Men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” (Luke 18:1)
Lack of Counsel:
- Without godly counsel, even the wisest can fall into error. (1 Kings 11:9)
Key Takeaways: The Path to Sustaining Divine Wisdom
- Swap Solomon’s errors for godly practices to activate and sustain the Spirit of Wisdom in your life.
- Cultivate discipline, prayer, and a reliance on godly counsel.
- Self-education, particularly through Scripture, is crucial for continuous growth in wisdom.
Closing Declaration
You are returning from Shiloh with a fresh deposit of the Spirit of Wisdom—an empowerment that will make you a wonder to your generation. Walk in this wisdom, and watch God elevate you in all areas of life!
Prayer Opens Doors; Knowledge Sustains Them
Prayer grants us access, but it is knowledge that sustains the blessings we receive.
- Knowledge must move beyond acquisition to application—this is the essence of wisdom.
- What you learn defines what you earn. Learning builds capacity, while ignorance leads to stagnation. (Proverbs 9:9)
- You’re either building a functional library or constructing a mortuary for your destiny.
The Power of Knowledge and Wisdom
Knowledge Creates Wisdom:
- Wisdom comes from applying knowledge effectively. (Matthew 11:29)
- Ever-winning wisdom is the product of ever-growing knowledge.
Understanding Is Key:
- It is through learning that understanding grows. (Daniel 2:9; 10:4)
- Without understanding, efforts cannot yield outstanding results.
Knowledge Enhances Dominion:
- True reign in life comes through the mastery of knowledge. (Psalm 45:4)
- Those with understanding bring light to areas of darkness in your life. (Acts 8:30-31)
The Role of Knowledge in the Kingdom
- Everything of value in the Kingdom is rooted in knowledge.
- Prayer complements knowledge but is not a substitute for it.
- Every vision needs knowledge to deliver its potential.
"A vision without knowledge remains barren, unable to see the light of day."
The Cost of Knowledge
Nothing Valuable Comes Free:
- There is always a cost attached to knowledge acquisition. (Hosea 4:6)
- The truth cannot be substituted or compromised. (Psalm 34:8)
Continuous Growth:
- Wisdom increases as you consistently value and pursue knowledge.
- Regular reading and learning lead to continuous growth.
Takeaway
- Develop a hunger for learning, as it is the key to understanding and unlocking the wisdom needed for outstanding results.
- Commit to building a functional library—your knowledge today defines the successes of tomorrow.

CCYI GLOBAL SHILOH 2024 DIARY - SHILOH PRAYER HOUR (DAY 4)
[EVER WINNING WISDOM]
13th December 2024 | By Bishop David Oyedepo
The Power of Thoughts, Words, and Actions in Prayer
“Now to Him who can do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think…” (Ephesians 3:20)
God’s response to our prayers goes beyond the words we speak; He also answers the thoughts and intents of our hearts. Every thought we harbor, every word we declare, and every action we take is weighed before Him.
Key Insights on Divine Alignment
God Answers Thoughts as Well as Words:
- “As surely as I live,” declares the Lord, “I will do to you the very thing I heard you say.” (Numbers 14:28)
- God listens to the thoughts before the words and aligns His response with the faith behind our actions.
Your Actions Are Weighed Before God Responds:
- “Death and life are in the power of the tongue.” (Proverbs 18:21)
- What you think, say, and act upon determines the outcome of your life.
Practical Wisdom for Results
Think Answers:
- Visualize the outcome you desire. Your thoughts shape your reality.
- Do not entertain the thought of failure. Whatever is too big for your mind will be too big for your hands.
Speak Answers:
- Declare boldly what you believe. If it is too big for your mouth, it will be too big for your life.
- Words carry power—speak in alignment with God’s promises.
Act Answers:
- Behave in a manner consistent with your prayers. Faith without corresponding action will not deliver results.
- Think scriptures, speak scriptures, and act scriptures to see them manifest in your life.
Why Your Thoughts Matter
- What you think defines what sinks into your spirit and soul.
- As your thoughts align with God’s truth, your voice begins to echo with answers.
- When your thoughts, words, and actions align with God’s Word, you activate divine intervention.
Call to Prayer
- Dedicate the next 30 minutes to engaging the throne of grace.
- Today is your day of breakthrough—claim it by faith. The last day is everyone’s day for divine visitation!
“Whatever you think, say, and act upon is what God will respond to—so align yourself with His Word!”
Final Charge
- Do not accommodate thoughts of defeat; instead, fill your mind with victory.
- Reflect on the truth of God’s Word, speak His promises, and take action in faith.

SHILOH 2024: ENCOUNTER NIGHT | DAY 3 | EVER WINNING WISDOM | 12 DEC. 202...
CCYI GLOBAL SHILOH 2024 DIARY - ENCOUNTER NIGHT (DAY 3)
Opening Prayer:
Let us pray for the nation of Kenya as they celebrate 60 years of independence.
The Mystery of Meditation:
A mystery signifies hidden secrets. Meditation, as described in the scriptures, is the key to unveiling these divine secrets.
Key Scriptural Foundations:
"Come now, let us reason together," says the Lord. (Isaiah 1:18-19)
"This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night." (Joshua 1:8)
"Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked... his delight is in the law of the Lord." (Psalm 1:1-3)
What is Meditation?
Meditation is reasoning through scriptures to draw divine insights and solutions (Psalm 119:98-100).
It is the act of pondering over God’s Word to gain answers to life’s questions (John 8:6-9).
Meditation transforms noise into clarity by requiring quietness and calmness (Proverbs 18:1; 1 Kings 19:4-15).
The Power of Meditation:
Scriptural Testimonies Demonstrate Its Efficacy: Meditation brings revelation that unlocks divine wisdom and profitable living.
Meditation Enhances Rest: By meditating on the Word, we find rest in every matter (Matthew 11:28-29; Isaiah 1:18-19).
Transformative Living: A profitable lifestyle is a direct result of meditating on God’s Word (Deuteronomy 15:6; Proverbs 22:7).
Principles of Effective Meditation:
Separation: Quiet environments foster deep, productive thinking (Proverbs 18:1). Too much noise robs people of divine encounters.
Set Questions: Approach meditation with specific questions for clarity and guidance.
Time Investment: Quality, unrestricted time is necessary to extract treasures from God’s Word (Psalm 1:3).
Scriptural Study: Meditate on the Word with sincerity and an open heart. Ask God questions and expect answers (Jeremiah 33:20-21).
Avoid Slothfulness: Laziness in the Word leads to spiritual stagnation (Hebrews 6:12; 13:7).
Engage the Fear of God: Reverence for God ensures successful meditation (Isaiah 66:1-3).
Results of Meditation:
Access to Divine Wisdom: The Bible only makes sense through meditation—it’s how we receive actionable answers (James 1:5; John 14:6).
Continuous Triumph: Meditation ensures a life of flourishing and victory (Psalm 19:2; Isaiah 26:9).
Supernatural Creativity: Engage with the mind of Christ for divine insights and innovative solutions (1 Corinthians 2:16; Daniel 11:32).
Freedom from Struggles: On this mountain of Shiloh 2024, all your questions will find divine answers.
Conclusion:
Meditation is the gateway to ever-winning wisdom. It’s the divine tool for continuous triumph, supernatural creativity, and transformative living.
Dedicate time to ponder over God’s Word, and watch as the answers to life’s toughest questions unfold. Let the wisdom of God elevate you to heights where the world has no choice but to bow to His glory in your life.

What Are You Bringing to the Table?
SHILOH 2024: HOUR OF VISITATION| DAY 3 | EVER WINNING WISDOM | 12 DECEMB...
Dimensions of Growth
- Spiritual Growth
- Prayer and Fasting: These are essential for building spiritual capacity. "Then your light will break forth like the dawn..." (Isaiah 58:8).
- Living a Life of Obedience: True obedience means doing whatever God demands, regardless of personal cost. "Whatever He says to you, do it." (John 2:5).
- Obedience opens the doors to miracles and brings divine instructions to fulfillment.
- The more you obey, the closer you are to your breakthroughs.
- Mental GrowthRelevance in life is a function of the mind. If you ignore mental development, you limit your capacity for wisdom.
Keys to Mental Development:
Constantly Develop Your Mind:
- Pursue knowledge, retain it, and apply it. "Now I commit you to God and to the word of His grace, which can build you up..." (Acts 20:32).
- Invest in books before luxury; an undeveloped mind leads to a shallow life.
- “If you ignore your mentors, you’ll suffer under your tormentors.”
Productive Thinking:
- God Himself is a thinker. Engage your mind in purposeful thought. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you..." (Jeremiah 29:11).
- Meditate on Scripture to align your thoughts with God’s plans. "Think on these things." (Philippians 4:8).
Associating with Great Thinkers:
- Surround yourself with individuals who inspire and challenge you. "He who walks with the wise grows wise." (Proverbs 13:20).
- Relating with great minds elevates your thinking, while poor associations limit your potential.
- Physical GrowthCaring for your body is as important as developing your spirit and mind.
Exercise Regularly:
- "Physical training is of some value..." (1 Timothy 4:8). Exercise enhances productivity and longevity.
Take Time to Rest:
- Rest is necessary to maintain balance. Even God rested after creation. "And on the seventh day, God ended His work which He had made; and He rested." (Genesis 2:2).
- Avoid equating laziness with rest. Productive people work diligently before resting.
Important Reminders for Shiloh Participants:
- Your growth must be three-dimensional—Spirit, Soul, and Body—and it should be a lifetime pursuit.
- Pay the price for growth if you desire the prize of excellence.
- Don’t just copy notes at Shiloh; take note of divine instructions so that others will take note of your impact long after your departure from Shiloh.

Unlocking the Wisdom Within
In Christ, every believer has access to divine wisdom. This isn’t just a potential but a reality. By redemption, we all share a common destiny, equipped with the mind of Christ. “We have the mind of wisdom.” (1 Corinthians 2:16) Yet, this wisdom requires discovery, development, and deployment to transform our lives and fulfill God’s purpose.

[EVER WINNING WISDOM]
12th December 2024 | COVENANT CHANNELS FOR ACCESSING THE WISDOM FROM ABOVE
By Bishop David Oyedepo
The Two Covenant Channels for Accessing Divine Wisdom:
1. The Channel of Love
"Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him." — 1 Corinthians 2:9-10
A Heart for God: Loving God wholeheartedly secures your place on earth and grants access to divine wisdom. Without God, we can do nothing (John 15:5; 1 Corinthians 13:2).
Supporting Scriptures: Genesis 17:18-23, Isaiah 41:8-10, Matthew 24:12, 2 Timothy 3:2.
Faith Works by Love: Love is the foundation of faith—and it is wisdom to give your heart to God (Proverbs 23:26). Solomon’s love for God ushered him into realms of uncommon wisdom (1 Kings 3:3-6; 4:29-34).
Unfailing Power of Love:
Love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:8).
Love is a direct channel for accessing divine wisdom (Romans 8:35-37).
Love strengthens your relationship with the Holy Spirit; handle Him with care (Ephesians 4:30; 1 Thessalonians 5:22).
Key Thoughts:
Love is as strong as death (Song of Solomon 8:6).
God dwells in us when we love Him (1 John 4:16).
Love enables divine wisdom to flow unhindered.

2. The Channel of Meekness
"The meek will He guide in judgment: and the meek will He teach His way." — Psalm 25:9
Meekness as a Qualification:
God only teaches the meek. Meekness grants access to divine wisdom and places you in God’s classroom (Numbers 12:3; Matthew 5:5).
Generational Impact Through Meekness:
Meekness is essential for global and generational impact (Matthew 11:29; 1 Corinthians 1:24).
Without meekness, one’s influence is limited and unsustainable.
Hindrances to Meekness:
Pride and arrogance resist correction from God’s Word. Every reaction against scriptural reproof is rooted in pride.
Learn to stay small in your own eyes. Only see yourself as God sees you—nothing more, nothing less (Philippians 2:5-9).
Key Thoughts:
Meekness sustains divine impact and positions you as a generational record-breaker.
Life unfolds in phases; embrace humility and trust God’s timing.
"Where God cannot take you, it is not safe to go."
