Beloved, today we continue exploring: “The Big Christmas Idea: Why Christmas Matters to the World.”
To truly understand Christmas, we must look back to the beginning. In the beginning, God faced three challenges: chaos, darkness, and emptiness.
God responded by speaking His Word: "Let there be light."
Light pierced the darkness. Then God filled the earth with treasures and life. Finally, He addressed chaos and formlessness by creating man in His image, saying: "Let them have dominion."
Do you see this? Chaos on earth has prevailed for generations because God handed the responsibility to man. And Christmas is God’s divine response to this chaos.
GOD’S PURPOSE AND THE BIG CHRISTMAS IDEA
The truth is this: purpose is greater than plans. Many are the plans in the hearts of men, but only God’s purpose will stand. His purpose is clear: "Man, fix the chaos."
Isaiah 46 reminds us: God’s purpose will stand. He will do what He pleases.
Genesis 3:14 unveils the Big Christmas Idea — the first Christmas promise was not made to man, but to Satan. Yes, the first promise of Christmas was a warning to the enemy who sought to derail God’s plan.
The Christmas promise was a means to an end, and the power of the means is always in the end product.
WHY EARTH NEEDS CHRISTMAS
Ask yourself: Why does the earth need Christmas? What is the end of this divine process?
Whenever we make the means more important than the end, the best we get is religion, the worship of the process, and not the solution itself.
Consider:
Why did God come in the flesh?
Why did angels speak to Mary?
Why did the star shine and the wise men bring gifts?
The answer: to fix mankind and restore dominion.
Genesis 3 shows us the chaos unleashed by a deceived humanity. Adam and Eve fell, prosperity became poverty, blessings became curses. Blame passed around, but God’s verdict started with the devil:
"Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed… and I will put enmity between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." (Genesis 3:14-15)
Here begins the Christmas battle of the seeds. The seed of the woman — the birth of the Savior — was God’s strategy to crush the devil’s authority and restore man’s dominion.
Isaiah 9:6 declares the fulfillment of this promise: "For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace."
Christmas is God entering the earth to fix humanity, to restore dominion, to give back authority to mankind.
THE DIVINE INTERVENTION
Isaiah 7:14 reminds us: "Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel."
God saw humanity’s hopelessness. Instead of judgment, He chose intervention. Instead of destruction, He chose salvation. Instead of man fixing the earth, He came Himself.
Christmas is the incarnation:
Christmas is divinity expressing through humanity
Christmas is eternity entering time
Christmas is the creator entering the created
Christmas is life quickening death
Christmas is grace powering the law
Christmas is heaven kissing the earth again
Luke 1:35 confirms this: "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called Holy, the Son of God."
Luke 2:10-11 reinforces it: "Don’t be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people: a Savior has been born… the Messiah, the Master."
CLOSING IMPACT
Beloved, Christmas is God’s personal intervention agenda. Humanity cannot fix itself — solutions from earth alone are insufficient. Help had to come from heaven.
This Christmas, let us remember: Jesus is the solution. He is the authority. He is Immanuel — God-With-Us.
So, as you celebrate this season, share the message of hope. Send a Merry Christmas to those you love. Share the joy of salvation. And remember: the goal is not the celebration, the goal is the Savior.

Beloved, today we are examining a very critical question: Why does the world need Christmas?
To truly understand Christmas, we must first grasp its meaning and the message it conveys. Christmas is not just a season, a holiday, or a cultural event — it is a divine intervention in human history.
The Bible is, without a doubt, the Word of God, and it remains the only authentic scripture that accurately validates truth. What makes the Bible uniquely credible is its human factor. Unlike other religious texts that focus only on the infallibility of deities, the Bible is filled with real human stories — flawed men, broken women, failed leaders, restored destinies.
When you read the Bible, you can relate with it — because you see people who made the same mistakes you struggle with today.
In many ways, the Bible is not just a revelation of God; it is God’s story about man’s history without God. This is extremely important when we talk about Christmas.
WHY CHRISTMAS IS CONTROVERSIAL
This explains why Christmas is hated, resisted, and even denied in many places. In some developed nations, governments are uncomfortable with the Christ in Christmas. That is why they rebrand it as merely a “holiday.”
Even in some churches today, children grow up without understanding the true message of Christmas. That is why you must intentionally teach your children what Christmas truly represents.
So why is Christmas such a point of contention?
Because if you accept Christmas, then you must accept that:
Jesus is God
God came to earth
We are responsible to God
We are accountable to God
We must answer to God for our lives
We must personally follow Jesus
We must submit to His Word and His teachings
And that truth is deeply uncomfortable for a rebellious world.
THE REAL PROBLEM OF HUMANITY
The greatest threat to civil society is not war, poverty, or climate change — the greatest threat is mankind himself.
History has proven that our intellectual superiority has not served us well.
Turn on the television any day and you are flooded with images of:
Bloodshed, destruction, war, terrorism, fear, poverty, rape, genocide, refugees, starvation, bombings, corruption, moral decay, sexual confusion, ethnic clashes, kidnappings, and insurgency.
All of these testify to one undeniable fact: We are our own worst enemy.
Despite universities, technology, AI, smartphones, think tanks, G8 meetings, mega churches, prophetic voices, medical advances, peace treaties, and global conferences — man keeps destroying himself.
We build cities and bomb them.
We invent weapons and turn them on ourselves.
We create medicines and deny them to the needy.
We advance technology and use it to corrupt our children.
Man’s mind keeps creating problems that the same mind cannot solve.
WHY MAN NEEDS GOD
Just as no electrical appliance can function without power, man cannot function without God.
No matter how new or beautiful your television is — without electricity, it is useless.
God designed man in such a way that man cannot live, grow, function, or exist effectively without Him.
Those who claim there is no God are not enlightened — they are simply disappointed with humanity and pretending to be wiser than their forefathers.
To say “there is no God” is to say, “Man has failed so badly that God cannot possibly exist.”
The truth is this: Man makes a very lousy God.
Anyone who denies God is simply declaring himself to be his own god — and look at the results.
THE HEROD COMPARISON
When Jesus was born, Herod legally ordered the killing of innocent children — destinies were aborted in one day.
Have we progressed since then?
In some advanced nations today, millions of babies are aborted every year in the name of choice and progress. We are now more efficient at destroying our future than Herod ever was.
The reason many struggle to believe in God is not because God is absent — but because man has damaged himself so badly that the chaos feels unbearable.
WHY EARTH NEEDS CHRISTMAS
Earth is like a spaceship lost in space — moving at high speed with no compass, no clarity, and no destination.
Man is imprisoned by his own genius, cursed by his own inventions, and trapped by his own solutions.
Every solution man creates produces more problems.
We don’t fix chaos — we manage it.
That is why we elect politicians — not to solve problems, but to oversee chaos.
This reveals a fundamental truth: The solution to earth’s problem cannot come from earth.
Anyone who must save earth must come from somewhere else.
No university, no think tank, no ideology, no system can rescue humanity.
Earth needs help from another realm.
THE FINAL TRUTH
So why does the world need Christmas?
Because we cannot help ourselves.
The danger of life is when you confuse the means with the end.
The end is always more important than the means.
The goal is more important than the effort.
The product is more important than the process.
And purpose is more important than the plan.
Christmas is God reminding humanity that:
Help has come. Light has entered darkness. Hope has been born.
In Matthew 5:3–12, commonly called The Beatitudes, Jesus was not abolishing the Law; He was reframing and refining it. This moment marked a deliberate transition from external obedience to internal transformation.
“Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.” — Matthew 5:17
From Commandments to Character
The Ten Commandments revealed what God requires, but the Beatitudes reveal who God requires us to become.
The Law addressed actions; Jesus addressed disposition, motives, and inner posture.
The Law said, “Thou shalt not kill”
Jesus said, “Whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause…” (Matthew 5:21–22)
The Law said, “Thou shalt not commit adultery”
Jesus said, “Whosoever looketh… to lust…” (Matthew 5:27–28)
This reveals that grace does not lower God’s standard—it raises it.
The Fall: When Capacity Was Lost
When Adam and Eve fell in the Garden, humanity did not just lose innocence; we lost capacity.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” — Romans 3:23
The fall introduced spiritual death (Genesis 2:17; Ephesians 2:1), and with it, the departure of grace—the divine enablement to live according to God’s nature.
Thus, when God gave the Law through Moses:
“The law was weak through the flesh…” — Romans 8:3
The Law was holy and perfect (Romans 7:12), but man lacked the inner power to obey it consistently. The Law could diagnose sin, but it could not cure it.
“By the law is the knowledge of sin.” — Romans 3:20
Grace Restored Through Christ
Jesus did not come merely to forgive sin; He came to restore capacity.
“For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.” — John 1:17
Through His death and resurrection, and by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, believers receive grace as empowerment, not permission to live lawlessly.
“For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.” — Romans 6:14
Grace does not remove responsibility; it enables righteousness.
“What the law could not do… God sending his own Son… that the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us.” — Romans 8:3–4
The Refined Law: Higher Responsibility
The Beatitudes represent the refined law—a law written on the heart.
“I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts.” — Hebrews 8:10
This new law demands more than compliance; it demands consecration.
Poverty of spirit (humility)
Meekness (strength under control)
Hunger for righteousness (inner craving for holiness)
Purity of heart (internal alignment)
These are not natural virtues—they are grace-enabled expressions.
“For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.” — Philippians 2:13
The Baptism of Responsibility
Grace introduces us into what can be called the baptism of responsibility—a life where divine empowerment meets human cooperation.
“Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid.” — Romans 6:1–2
Grace teaches, trains, and disciplines:
“For the grace of God… teaches us to deny ungodliness and worldly lusts.” — Titus 2:11–12
Therefore:
Grace is not exemption from obedience
Grace is capacity for obedience
Grace is power to live the life the Law demanded but could not produce
Conclusion
Jesus did not relax God’s expectations; He relocated them—from stone tablets to transformed hearts.
The Beatitudes are not suggestions; they are evidence of a grace-filled life.
Grace is not an escape from the Law.
Grace is the resurrection of our ability to live out God’s will—but now at a higher, deeper, and more demanding level.
“As many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” — Romans 8:14
FAITH FOR SPIRITUAL VISIBILITY The test of faith can be likened to writing an examination. Examinations are not written for punishment; they are written for change of level—a transition from one class to another.
In the same way, every trial of faith is a divine assessment designed to qualify us for spiritual promotion.
Faith is not mere optimism or religious confidence; faith is spiritual understanding—an understanding of realities in the realm of the Spirit.
What qualifies a student for success in an examination is not the accumulation of information but depth of understanding.
“Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.” — Proverbs 4:7
To gain command in the supernatural, there must be spiritual understanding of truth, and that understanding is what the Scriptures call faith.
Spiritual understanding releases light, and there are two dimensions of light: The light that distinguishes “Who are these that fly as a cloud…?” — Isaiah 60:8
This is the light that causes men to stand out, to be seen, identified, and recognized by divine alignment.
The light that impacts “Ye are the light of the world…” — Matthew 5:13–15
“They shall build the old wastes…” — Isaiah 61:4
This is the light that influences, restores, rebuilds, and transforms territories.
Visibility precedes velocity. When we see brighter, we move faster.
Therefore, as we navigate toward 2026, this month marks a season of speedy movements, divine clarity, accelerated transitions, and unmistakable advancement. Those who see will move.
Heartbreak is never easy — but the hardest kind is the one you did not see coming.
The one you didn’t prepare for.
The one you never thought would come from the person you trusted most.
You gave your best. You invested emotionally, mentally, spiritually … only to be dropped in a way that felt cruel, unexpected, and undeserved.
When your heart shatters without warning, the enemy tries to whisper:
“You were not enough.”
“You were foolish to trust.”
“You will never recover.”
But hear this clearly: heartbreak is not the end of your story — it is the beginning of God’s redirection.
1️⃣ GOD SEES THE BETRAYAL — EVEN WHEN YOU DIDN’T
Sometimes people walk out suddenly, but God saw it long before it happened.
Their exit may have surprised you — but it did NOT surprise God.
📖 Psalm 34:18 MSG
“If your heart is broken, you’ll find God right there; if you’re kicked in the gut, he’ll help you catch your breath.”
God is not distant from your pain. He is not indifferent to your tears. He is right there in the middle of the shock, the confusion, and the emotional collapse.
2️⃣ REJECTION IS OFTEN GOD’S PROTECTION
There are battles God fights that you never see.
There are people He removes because their presence would have sabotaged your destiny.
📖 Jeremiah 29:11 MSG
“I know what I’m doing. I have it all planned out… plans to take care of you, not abandon you, plans to give you the future you hope for.”
You were not abandoned — you were redirected.
You were not rejected — you were preserved.
3️⃣ GOD HEALS BROKEN HEARTS BY REBUILDING BROKEN IDENTITIES
Heartbreak feels like losing a part of yourself, because you invested a part of yourself.
But God specializes in restoring what pain tries to tear down.
📖 Psalm 147:3 MSG
“He heals the heartbroken and bandages their wounds.”
Healing is not a suggestion — it is a promise.
You will not remain in the pain.
You will not drown in the heartbreak.
You will not live in emotional ruins.
4️⃣ FORGIVENESS IS THE KEY TO FREEDOM — NOT RECONNECTION
Forgiveness does not mean what they did was right.
It simply means you refuse to stay chained to their wrong.
📖 Matthew 5:44 MSG
“I’m telling you to love your enemies. Let them bring out the best in you, not the worst.”
Let the experience mature you, not embitter you.
Let the pain build you, not break you.
Forgiveness releases you into emotional oxygen.
5️⃣ GOD HAS SOMEONE PREPARED FOR YOUR NEXT SEASON
The end of a relationship is not the end of your ability to love.
It is the end of an assignment — and the beginning of an alignment.
📖 Isaiah 43:19 MSG
“Forget about what’s happened; don’t keep going over old history. Be alert, be present. I’m about to do something brand-new.”
Don’t remain glued to who left.
Be open to who God is bringing.
Your future is not behind you — it is ahead of you.
🔥 DECLARATION
I decree over your life today:
Your heart will be healed.
Your identity restored.
Your joy renewed.
Your peace multiplied.
And your next relationship will be healthier, holier, stronger, and God-ordained.
The year 2025 has indeed been eventful. By His unfailing Word, God has enthroned us in every place, and His grace has been unmistakably evident in all our ways. We lift our hands in gratitude and declare: To God alone be all the glory!
But now, as we step into the final month of the year and draw closer to a new season loaded with opportunities, possibilities, and divine advancements, the Spirit of God is speaking clearly concerning December 2025.
🔥 WHAT IS THE HOLY SPIRIT SAYING ABOUT DECEMBER?
The Holy Spirit declares that December is our Month of LIGHTS to the World — a season where the light of God rises upon us in new dimensions, illuminating every sphere of influence, every path, and every assignment He has entrusted to us.
Scripture affirms:
🌅 1. A New Dawn of Rising Light
2 Peter 1:19 (KJV) — “We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts.”
As we wrap the year with intense thanksgiving and praise, the Daystar — Christ, the Radiant One — rises within and upon us with blazing light.
This is the dawn of a new day. A new season. A new brightness.
💡 2. Light That Makes Us Seen and Makes Us Show God
Matthew 5:14–16 (KJV)
“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
December is the month where God activates visibility, influence, clarity, and divine spotlight.
You will no longer be hidden.
Your ideas will no longer be obscure.
Your purpose will no longer be buried.
Your light will shine.
🌟 3. Light That Guides and Directs Your 2026
Psalm 119:105 (KJV) — “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
As 2026 approaches with its promise of divine possibilities, God is lighting your path.
Every confusion becomes clarity.
Every fork in the road becomes direction.
Every uncertainty becomes illumination.
You will end 2025 with clarity and enter 2026 with vision.
🔥 4. Light That Drives Out Darkness
Isaiah 60:1–3 (KJV)
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee… and His glory shall be seen upon thee. And the Gentiles shall come to thy light…”
This month, the glory-light of God rises upon you in such intensity that darkness cannot resist or remain.
Battles will bow.
Barriers will break.
Delays will dissolve.
The light of God will answer on your behalf.
🌻 5. Light That Makes Life Sweet
Ecclesiastes 11:7 (KJV) — “Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun.”
December will be marked by pleasantness, sweetness, and divine ease.
You will see the beauty of God’s hand.
You will taste the goodness of God’s grace.
You will behold the sweetness of His light.
🌱 6. A Month of Planting Seeds of Light
God says this month is not only about receiving light — it is about planting light into the coming year.
Psalm 97:11 (KJV) — “Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.”
Every prayer, every act of obedience, every seed, every step of faith becomes a seed of light that will rise and shine beautifully in 2026 and beyond.
🌟 PROPHETIC DECLARATION FOR DECEMBER 2025
