t would be recalled that Apostle Suleman visited several cities in America last year, depopulating hell and raising men for God. Prayer wisdom key for taking territories.

Prayer wisdom key for taking territories. Acts 6:7

The labour room of prayer is the birth place of multitudes into the kingdom Isaiah 66:8

Every birth demands adequate labour.

The labour room of prayer is the birth place of multitudes.

As long as you can travail in prayer, you are sure to bring forth multitudes at once. Galatians 4:19

You travail to see christ formed in people. Acts 6:1-7

To prevail, you need to give yourself to prayer.

Our preaching can only be as valuable as our praying.

Whatever cannot stop the church from praying, cannot stop the church from growing. Ezekiel 36:37

When you are not tired of praying, you cannot stop growing. Acts 4:23, Acts 5:12, Acts 6:4

As we engage in prayer, God is committed to drawing souls to his kingdom.

The growth of every church is continuous praying.

One of the great returns on the prayer altar is transfiguration.

Every chaff is cleared off as we settle on the prayer altar.

The prayer altar is a facilitator of his glory. Luke 9:31

"Lord help me to pray to the point of transfiguration."

Ambiguity can be frustrating in prayers. We all need to be specific with our request in prayers.

What exactly do you want God to do for you specifically between now and Sunday.

God has no problem delivering to you whatever your request is.

Prayers is the platform for noiseless breakthroughs.

You going out and coming in this week is blessed.

MARINES ARE TESTING A ROBOT DOG FOR WAR

Robots can’t die--at least, not in the tragic, irrevocable human sense--so having a robot accompany soldiers gives them at the bare minimum an expendable scout. Spot, the little brother to Alphabet-owned Boston Dynamic’s iconic BigDog robot, is now training with the Marine Corps in Quantico, preparing for a future where robots fight alongside American troops at war. HOW TO COMBAT ELECTORAL ELECTION VIOLENCE IN 2015 ELECTION.

By HENRY KING (A CCYI Member)
What is electoral violence? Electoral violence is any harm to any person or property involve in the electoral process or the election itself during election period.
TYPE OF ELECTORAL VOILENCE
1 Pre-Election violence; this occur mainly at the stage of party primaries, where contestant from the same political party jostle to for tickets to become the party flag bearers. Experience has shown that at this stage thuggery, arson, shooting maiming is deployed to achieve a particular objective.
2 Violence during the election; snatching of ballot boxes and papers kidnapping or abduction of electoral officials and party agents, forcefully preventing voters from their franchise forcing electoral official to alter or deface results or sheet  Occur in this type of electoral violence.
3 Post-Election violence; the third category which is post-election violence … and test in same manner as pre-election violence is usually perpetrated often time by looting, arson ………and want on destruction of life and properties and usually perpetrated by members of a political party that did not win the election.
                CAUSES OF ELECTORAL VIOLENCE
1 partiality and corruption by electoral and security officials; Off cause when there is partiality and corruption by the security officials this will definitely lead to violence where sentiment is the order of the day, one party is being robbed in order to favour another, where the security official are now the ones stopping people from excessing their franchise, where security officials are the ones being bribe by corrupt politicians, where the election is being rigged in order to favour one party, all this will deliberately lead to election violence.
2 Unwilling to accept outcome; This is where vote of the people are being counted and result is being declared, but the people are not willing to accept the outcome, this happened in my place in 2011 between APGA and PDP, result was declared against PDP, but those supporting PDP were not willing to accept the outcome, and before we knew what was happening, some set of people paid by PDP to ferment trouble started scattering thing therefore, where people are not willing to accept outcome, this will definitely lead  to violence.
3 Inflammatory Remarks by politicians; when a particular starts making an inflammatory remark against another politician or opponent, this may lead to violence.
4 Attempt to compromise election officials; when there is an attempt by the people or youths to compromise election officials from performing their duty, this may definitely leads to violence.
5 Thuggery in politics; this is one of the major thing that causes electoral violence in Nigeria, our politics is being clouded with thuggery, causes electoral violence during election period.
6 Ignorance and low civic education; This is the major factor that causes violence during election period, the level of ignorance is too looming in our land today especially among the youths when there is low or civic education among the people, people doesn’t know their right, they don’t know the know the right to do at the right time and at the right the right place, that is why you see people parading and misbehaving during election, because of lack of knowledge and lack of civic education.
HOW CAN WE COMBAT ELECTORAL VIOLENCE IN 2015 ELECTION?
1 Let there be civic education among the people; I believe that when there is civic education, people will know their civic right, the reason you see people causing trouble during election is because they are not educated, they lack civic education, that is why you see some people using their hand to violate their own civic right, just because there is no civic education, like the scripture says ‘my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge (Hosea 4:6) when knowledge is not in place, people will keep causing trouble here and there, I think that that the government or the electoral commission should carry out what I call civic education even before the election in order to maintain peace and harmony in the country in 2015 election.
2 Political sensitization; I suggest that the electoral commission should carry out political sensitization among the populace before the election, let people be sensitize on the importance of peace and harmony in the country let them be sensitize on the hamper and danger that violence will do in this nation, let them be sensitize about our politics, let them just be politically sensitized before the election in order to maintain peace and harmony in this election.
3 Adequate security; I believe, once there is adequate security during the election, those that their work is to cause trouble during voting will be aware of the consequences they are meant to face if they try nonsense, let there be adequate security in the streets in all pulling station during the election period, I believe that once there is adequate security with the help of God the election will be free and fair.
4 Independence of INEC; let there be pure independence of INEC, let the election just be free and fair, let the (INEC) be on their own, let them not be influence by any politician or political party, I believe with the independence and un-biasness of the INEC the election will not rigged, and when the election is not rigged, we will end up having free and fair election in 2015 election.
5 Availability of electoral material in all pulling station; this happened in my area in 2011 election, the electoral materials were not enough, and people were everywhere wanting to cast their vote but there were no more materials. The electoral officials were calming the people down, assuring    them that the materials will soon arrive, and people waited and waited and were fussed off, and this later lead to violence in the polling booth, therefore I urge the INEC to make provision for enough electoral materials in all pulling station in 2015 election in order to maintain peace and harmony in the country.

21 days fasting and praying

A SIMPLE GUIDE TO FASTING

Introduction: It is not exactly true that fasting moves God, rather fasting moves us into a position to receive from God what He has already provided for us.
Definition of Fasting: Abstaining from Food for a Spiritual Purpose
Why Do We Fast? 1. We fast in obedience to God’s word – Joel 2:12; 2 Cor 6:4-6; Matt 6:16-18; 9:15 2. We fast to humble ourselves before God and obtain His grace and power – James 4:10 3. We fast to overcome temptation in areas that keep us from moving in God’s power – Luke 4:1-14 4. We fast to be purified from sin (and to help others become purified as well) – Dan 9:3-5; Jonah 3:5-10 5. We fast to become weak before God so God’s power can be strong – Psa 109:24-28; 2 Cor 12:9-10 6. We fast to obtain God’s support in order to accomplish His will – Acts 13:3-4; 14:23 7. We fast in times of crisis – Esther 4:15-16. 8. We fast when seeking God’s direction – Ezra 8:21-23. 9. We fast for understanding and divine revelation – Jer 36:6.
What fasting is not: 1. It is not doing without food for the sake of doing without food. 2. It is not dieting – that is adjusting your life for a health reason. 3. It is not a cure-all. It will bring you victory. It is a weapon 4. It is not a major doctrine of the church (Hebrews 6:1-2). 5. It does not negate sin in your life. Sin must be dealt with 6. It is not to impress others. 7. It will not automatically make your faith grow – it is what you do when you fast that makes faith grow. 8. It is not for teaching, reproof, correction or training in righteous – that is the word of God (2 Tim 3:16). 9. It does not impress God. 10. It does not move God. It moves you into a position to hear or be used of God.
Different Types of Fasting: 1. The complete fast => a total fast where you eat nothing and drink nothing, i.e.; 40 days for Moses & Elijah
  • The longest you should go without food & water is three days.
2. The normal fast => involves total abstention from food, but regular intake of water.
  • Some people drink distilled water to clean out your system – to flush out the poisons or use some lemon juice in the water. Some people like to have soup broth for longer fasts.
3. The Daniel fast or partial fast => He ate “no pleasant bread” but instead ate vegetables and drank water
  • This is a good recommended way to start if you have never fasted before. This is a good fast for people with diabetes, hypoglycemia and anemia. It is also practical for people working physically or mentally demanding jobs.
4. The group fast or corporate fast.
  • Nineveh in Jonah’s day; (2) Ezra; (3) Queen Esther; (4) King Jehoshaphat – 2 Chr 20; (5) Joel called a fast (6) Daniel
5. The “Holy Spirit led” fast
  • This will be individual to you. The Holy Spirit may lead you to fast a meal a day, breakfast twice a weeks, coffee, soda, etc.
The Benefits of Fasting: 1. You are humbling yourself. You are submitting yourself to God and His will for your life. 2. You will see life’s priorities more clearly. The kingdom of God will become first in your life and you will get clarity concerning your values in life. (Matt 6:33) 3. You will see balance return to areas of your life where there is imbalance 4. Your selfish ambitions and pride will begin to be washed away. You will start valuing and really appreciating the things that God has given to you 5. You will be more sensitive to God’s Spirit, and the nine gifts of the Holy Spirit will work more effectively in your life. Things will become very clear to you. 6. Your hidden areas of weakness or susceptibility will rise to the surface so that God can deal with them 7. God will make you more unselfish. One of the things we need more of is self-control. Fasting will help you have self-control.
